    I had a little accident while using a rental van the other day. Ended up scraping the side of the van, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, I had bought some extra coverage from another company. Got all the necessary paperwork and invoices from the rental company and sent them off to the coverage provider. Got a full refund for the repair costs and even the admin fees the rental company charged. It was all sorted within a week, which was pretty impressive.
