Pre-orders with on-time delivery
I've been using this site to pre-order games for a while now, and I've never had any problems with my orders. The games always arrive on time, sometimes even a day before the release date. Game Purchase
I bought a game from this shop not long ago and I have to say, it was quite annoying. The way they dealt with keeping me updated on when my order would arrive was really disappointing. I placed my order on the 23rd of April and even though I didn't get any tracking details, I got an email saying my item would be sent out on the 6th of May. Turns out, the delay was because they needed to get the item to their site first, but they hadn't made that clear on their website. By the 9th of May, I still hadn't got my order and they weren't being very clear about when it would arrive. In the end, I decided to ask for my money back, but they weren't very good at replying to my emails. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with the customer service from this shop.
Game, late delivery, no response
I bought a game from this place, but it feels like ages since I was meant to receive it. It's way past the delivery date they gave me. I even sent them an email, but they haven't replied yet. What's going on? I just want to play my game, mate!
Video game console
I had a bit of a rough time with 365games. Ordering stuff was a pain because there were constant delays and the staff weren't very helpful - they just repeated the same stuff over and over, even though I tried to check up on my order a bunch of times. Their customer service was a let-down, not very efficient or professional. Dealing with the delays and not knowing if they had stuff in stock was a real pain. Overall, my time with this company wasn't great and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Disney tradition merchandise
I recently ordered some Disney tradition merchandise from this website. The order arrived within 9 days, which made me happy with my purchase. However, I did encounter some issues with the communication from the customer service team. When I inquired about the status of my order, it took 2 days to receive a response. The reply stated that the item was coming from elsewhere, but I couldn't find this information on the website. Additionally, they promised to update their website, but it still hasn't been done. I found the communication to be poor and the customer service to be unhelpful. Because of this experience, I am unsure if I would use this website again. They need to improve their communication and response time to better assist their customers.

Delayed order
I ordered something expecting it to arrive in 3-5 days, but it still hadn't been sent after 14 days. I got in touch with the customer service team twice. The first response I got was a bit unclear, and the second one said it might be shipped by the end of the month. I'm feeling pretty annoyed by the lack of information and bad communication, so I asked for a refund.
Board game purchase
I recently bought a board game from 365games and, to be honest, it wasn't a great experience. The main problem I faced was that one of the items I ordered didn't get shipped out with the rest of my order, which caused a lot of delays and confusion. And to top it all off, when the missing item did finally arrive, it was all damaged because of shoddy packaging - just stuck in a cardboard sleeve and sent off, so it got bashed up during delivery.
When I tried to get in touch with customer service about these mess-ups, they were really slow to respond and didn't communicate well at all. I've been left hanging for over 10 days now, just trying to sort out the issues with the missing item and the broken one. It's been so frustrating and disappointing, with the lack of communication making it even worse.
All in all, after this experience, I'm not sure if I'll be using 365games again in the future.Delayed order
I'm really not happy with the service I got from this company. I placed an order back on the 25th of March and it's now the 6th of May and I still haven't heard anything about it. I had to actually check my account myself to see that my order hadn't been sorted out. It's just not on, this sort of careless behaviour. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money at all. Honestly, I'd tell anyone else to steer clear of this company if they want quick and trustworthy service.
My order arriving earlier than expected
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how quickly my order arrived! I placed it on the 10th and it already came on the 12th, even though I thought it would take longer. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything with my order was spot on and I even got it at a lower price than anywhere else. I will definitely be using this website again, 100%!

After getting in touch with them again, they went above and beyond to contact their supplier and eventually gave me a working code. My son is now over the moon and I'm really impressed with how well they handled the situation. Their customer service was top-notch.

Expansions for a game

Time seemed to drag on, and after waiting for 9 days without any updates, I decided to get in touch with customer support. They informed me that the stock would come in on the 15th and my order would be shipped next day delivery. However, the 19th passed and my order was nowhere to be seen. After contacting them again, I was given a new estimated dispatch date. Yet, it's now the 29th, and my order still hasn't arrived.

I've been coming to this shop for a good while now and I've usually been happy with the service I've gotten. But lately, things have been slipping a bit when it comes to getting orders out on time. It used to be quick, but now there are delays. Like my last order has been stuck in the warehouse for a month with no sign of it being sent out.
