    I bought a game from this shop not long ago and I have to say, it was quite annoying. The way they dealt with keeping me updated on when my order would arrive was really disappointing. I placed my order on the 23rd of April and even though I didn't get any tracking details, I got an email saying my item would be sent out on the 6th of May. Turns out, the delay was because they needed to get the item to their site first, but they hadn't made that clear on their website. By the 9th of May, I still hadn't got my order and they weren't being very clear about when it would arrive. In the end, I decided to ask for my money back, but they weren't very good at replying to my emails. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with the customer service from this shop.

    Board game purchase

    I recently bought a board game from 365games and, to be honest, it wasn't a great experience. The main problem I faced was that one of the items I ordered didn't get shipped out with the rest of my order, which caused a lot of delays and confusion. And to top it all off, when the missing item did finally arrive, it was all damaged because of shoddy packaging - just stuck in a cardboard sleeve and sent off, so it got bashed up during delivery.

    When I tried to get in touch with customer service about these mess-ups, they were really slow to respond and didn't communicate well at all. I've been left hanging for over 10 days now, just trying to sort out the issues with the missing item and the broken one. It's been so frustrating and disappointing, with the lack of communication making it even worse.

    All in all, after this experience, I'm not sure if I'll be using 365games again in the future.

    I'm really not happy with the service I got from this company. I placed an order back on the 25th of March and it's now the 6th of May and I still haven't heard anything about it. I had to actually check my account myself to see that my order hadn't been sorted out. It's just not on, this sort of careless behaviour. It's like they don't care about their customers' time or money at all. Honestly, I'd tell anyone else to steer clear of this company if they want quick and trustworthy service.

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe how quickly my order arrived! I placed it on the 10th and it already came on the 12th, even though I thought it would take longer. I was pleasantly surprised!
