Car hire
Utterly disgraceful company. Despite us having a clear print out at the start of the rental agreement showing minor damage and a damage report at the end of the agreement, the additional insurance policy would not pay out. They have extremely small print that states that photos must be taken at the end of the agreement. This was not made clear to us and we have the evidence at the start and end. They also picked us up at the airport in a 4 seater car despite us having 5 luggage cases, 3 children and 2 adults. The lady who picked us up was laughing as we told her it was dangerous to be in the car. Stay clear, awful customer service too.

Decent value, easy switch
Seems good so far. Switched from old contract plan where I often didn't use the full data allowance so getting money back is a big plus.
