Booking amendments assistance
The customer service at this travel agency was absolutely brilliant. Nathalie was so helpful in helping me make changes to my booking. She made everything really easy and quick, and I was really grateful for her help. Thanks a lot for everything. Overall, the customer service here was top-notch. I would definitely suggest this travel agency to anyone, based on the great experience I had with them.
Booking amendment
I had to make a last-minute change to my travel plans and needed to adjust my booking with the company. Srabana, the customer service representative, was amazing. Even with the time difference between the UK and Australia, she sorted out my collection time in Cairns overnight. Her quick response and efficiency were really impressive, and I would absolutely recommend her service.
Late Delivery Assistance
I had a bit of an issue with the timing of my delivery, but thanks to the lovely and helpful customer service team, everything got sorted out without any trouble. Even though I got the delivery time wrong, they were really patient and understanding, making sure my order arrived on time without any problems. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience!
Online travel booking
I've booked my travel plans through this company a few times now and I've found it really easy to use. The prices are good too. I did have a little problem with a double booking once, but it got sorted out quickly and I got my deposit back without any bother. Big shout out to Srabana for dealing with it so well!
Debit Card Car Hire
The EnjoyTravel website is great to LOOK at, as a travel services broker. When it comes to car hire however - and specifically DEBIT CARD car hire - more needs to be done by ET to ensure that prospective customers are not misinformed or inadvertently misled into paying for something that ultimately requires a CREDIT CARD from the end-provider, and without which, the vehicle will not be released. Encountering this very problem with a sick, special needs child in tow, the last thing we needed was for ET customer service to be essentially uncontactable, resulting in 48 hours of frustrating back-and-forths by phone, voicemail, emails, text and chatbox messages trying to resolve matters. On the positive side, all was finally resolved with a full refund (at ET's expense) and a personal phone call from a Director who reassured us that any perceived 'failures in communication' and/or with customer service were unusual and regrettable, and that the 'debit card only' car hire service system was in the process of being updated and clarified on the ET website so as to avoid any future confusion or inconvenience to customers. Overall, and despite the disappointment and inconvenience of not being able to collect our paid-for vehicle, and, given the possibility that the convoluted 'small print' in end-users' contracts is often onerous and unclear and therefore partly to blame... we would simply advise any other ET customers in a similar situation to make it absolutely 100% clear what one wants, and to document and record everything 'just in case'. Now, and given the final respectful resolution of our complaint - and even in circumstances where 'fault' has not been fully established - we would use EnjoyTravel again. ...However, having since seen scores of similar negative reviews... mmmm?...
Car rental booking
The staff member Srabana was really helpful, but I was a bit let down by the extra cost to change the drop off time for my car rental. Even though I thought the service was quick, it was a shame to be asked to pay for a small alteration. The price for this change felt a bit steep and it kind of spoiled an otherwise easy process.
Car rental mishap
Even though we were initially told the wrong place to meet the car supplier, we managed to make it work by using our hotel transfer. Luckily, Nathalie from Enjoy Travel intervened and contacted the supplier, who then sent the car to our hotel with two courteous young men. It all worked out in the end, I guess!
Needed bigger car rental
I needed a larger car for my trip, so I spoke to a really helpful person who made everything so simple. I just explained my needs, and they sorted everything out for me - changed my booking, paid the extra cost, and even mentioned they could give me a refund if the price dropped later on!
Easy bookings, responsive service
The prices were really good, and the service was top-notch. I've had to make changes to my bookings and inquire about services after hours, and every time they've handled it quickly and to my advantage. I really appreciate how efficient and customer-focused Enjoy Travel is.
Car hire change
I had to change my car hire booking and Emilie, the customer service rep, was so helpful! She made it all easy with her great communication and willingness to help. I was really impressed by the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Changed car booking from June to October
Nathalie was absolutely brilliant when I needed to change my car booking from June to October. We had a chat online and she even sent me an email to double-check everything was all sorted.
Rental car purchase
They cancelled my order and took ages to give me my money back. Everything was fine with my purchase at first - I paid for a rental car I could get a refund on. But when I wanted to cancel, it was a nightmare. They said it would take up to 10 working days to get my refund, but it actually took nearly 20 days. I had to email them loads of times over several days before I finally got my cash back. The refund dates kept changing and the customer service person was useless and so rude.
Car rental purchase
It's just shocking how Enjoy Travel works with such dishonest partners like SixT. I booked a car through Enjoy Travel, only to get to the pickup spot and be turned away because I hadn't bought insurance directly from SixT. The car park had plenty of cars available, and the customer before me also didn't get their car. It's obvious that SixT relies on pushing insurance to make money, and Enjoy Travel is part of it all.
Car rental Munich airport
The company gave me a good deal on a car rental at Munich airport. I was happy at first because it was cheaper than other companies. But then I got a badly written email saying my booking was canceled, and it was very unprofessional. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and how they handled it. It's put me off using them again.
Terrible customer service
This company's customer service is absolutely terrible! I raised a complaint about a financial problem back in April, but it's still not sorted out. I even sent them an email in May, but they haven't replied. I won't be using their services again, that's for sure.
Car rental in Iceland
The service was honestly amazing. Sonia was so helpful and kept in touch really well the whole time. I'm really excited to drive around Iceland in their car later this year.
Rental car booking
I recently arranged to pick up a rental car from Enjoy Travel at Salzburg Airport. Unfortunately, when we got there, no one showed up to meet us as planned, and there was no car ready for us. Even though their advert promised airport pick-up, we were told that's not actually a service they offer. Instead, we were told to walk or take a taxi to a location vaguely marked on a map, without a proper address. Having to fill out the rental paperwork on the street seemed very unprofessional and weird. This whole experience made us feel cautious and irritated. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
Unauthorized transaction
The person at Enjoy Travel has dishonestly taken my 1100 euro deposit and is now not answering my calls. I only just found out that the authorization was changed into a real transaction, as part of a sneaky scam. Right now, I'm waiting to hear back from Enjoy Travel about this problem.
Car hire
Never use the services of the EnjoyTravel company if you want to spoil your vacation or business trip.
I have planned a vacation in France with my family in advance. In the company EnjoyTravel, I booked a car at the Toulouse airport. In the evening, when my family and I arrived, there was a queue at the counter indicated in the EnjoyTravel voucher of the rental company, and I went to the counter 18-10. But the manager said that I was 10 minutes late and my reservation was canceled and there was no car.
In the voucher of the company EnjoyTravel, there was not a word about any cancellation of my paid booking, as well as about the time when my booking expires!
Due to the lack of a car, I, my wife, sister and my 3 young children were left in an unfamiliar city in the evening without the opportunity to go further. (It was necessary to go another 210 km to our place of rest). My wife had difficulty booking an apartment for the night. In the morning we started looking for a new car, and found it at a price 2 times more than we booked in EnjoyTravel.
Our additional expenses for taxi, apartment rental and a new car increased by 537 pounds!
And this is not to mention the huge amount of stress and worries of my children and wife.
The vacation was ruined completely.
To my letters and calls to the employees of EnjoyTravel – the answer was the same: you are to blame and we will not help you!
They did not return the money for the booking – and in an impudent form they wrote only excuses.
Think again when you plan to book a car with EnjoyTravel!
