DVD order
I've been having a nightmare dealing with this company, I won't bother giving their name. Back in June, I ordered a DVD which turned out to be out of stock, so they said they'd refund me. But now, after sending loads of email reminders, it's been months and I'm still waiting for my money. Their customer service is just so bad. Anyone else experienced something like this?

The product was decent, but I was a bit let down when I found out the charger was not the European type I was hoping for, instead it was a Chinese one. The packaging was good and the delivery didn't take too long, so that was fine.
