I recently bought a mobile phone from an online shop after comparing it with another website that wasn't rated very high. The Customer service team there was quick, efficient and really helpful when I got in touch with them. They managed to answer all my questions straight away, which made me feel good about going ahead with my purchase. When the phone arrived, it came within the time they said it would, which was great because I needed it urgently. Although I was a little bit disappointed to find that the fast charger adaptor was for Europe and not the UK, it was only a minor issue. Despite that, I was happy with the service overall. The phone also came with a 1-year warranty, which is pretty standard for this kind of purchase. The phone has been working well so far, and I haven't had any problems with it. All in all, I'm happy with my experience shopping at this online store.
Good Price, order well received
Finally found a site selling the special Dual sim version IPhone at a good price. Was bit apprehensive if they really have that available but went ahead with order anyways. Received tracking (for AU post) from Etoren after 2 days and eagerly waiting for delivery. Parcel was shipped from Melbourne but somehow, there was no updates to the status for 2 days after it reached Queensland. I was bit worried and checked with Etoren customer service who responded quick and promised to check with AU Post. Anyways, I contacted AU Post directly and it seems they "missed it" without clear reason (had similar experience before with AU Post) but activated the delivery after my complaint. Received my parcel safely and all good, Item as described, delivered quite on time, except short delay by AU Post. Positive experience with Etoren so far.
Black Shark 5 Pro
I recently bought a Black Shark 5 Pro from an online shop and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The price was good and I really liked the option to pay the duty in advance, which saved me from any hassle with the delivery company over import tax in the UK. The only downside was the processing stage taking longer than I expected, resulting in a slower delivery time. Nonetheless, the product did arrive within the timeframe given. I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely think about shopping from this online store again. I haven't needed to use their customer support yet, so I can't say anything about that part of their service.

I took a bit of a risk and ordered myself an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1 TB from this online shop. I was a bit unsure at first because it cost nearly £1,800, but I eventually decided to just go for it. I bought this new watch strap the other day and it's pretty awesome, but the thing that bugs me is the way you have to open it - it's a bit silly. It's like the person who made it didn't even consider how people would actually use it!

I must say, my first impression of this company was not great at all. So when my Oppo Find N3 smartphone arrived without its protective case, even though the box was still sealed, I was pretty disappointed. But when I got in touch with them about it, they quickly sorted it out and sent me a replacement. Despite that rocky start, I have to give them credit for how they handled the situation.
