Long-awaited order
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a good few years now, and I've always been happy with their service. However, I've recently had a pretty disappointing experience. I placed an order over a month back, but it still hasn't shown up. The tracking info says it's been packed, but it hasn't been labelled or sent out of the warehouse. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. The lack of communication and the delay in processing my order has really got me feeling frustrated and let down.
