Protein powder and vitamins
I tried ordering some protein powder and vitamins from this website, but it took almost 2 weeks for the delivery to arrive! I even sent them three messages, but they didn't bother replying at all. Can you believe the rudeness? However, after I left a negative review, they finally got in touch and promised to refund me. They put the blame on one customer service person who apparently got fired. It's crazy to think one individual could mess up everything, right? This company is an absolute disaster - definitely steer clear and don't make any purchases from them!
1L carton of potato milk
I recently bought a 1L carton of potato milk from this website, but unfortunately, it had spilled all over the other items in the box during delivery. It made a right mess! It was really annoying, but I managed to clean it up and salvage the other stuff. I got in touch with the company by email, sent them some photos of the damage, and asked for some compensation. They were quick to respond and offered me a decent refund, which I was happy with. Despite the mix-up, I was impressed with how they dealt with it, very professional and fair. It's good to know they take customer satisfaction seriously. I would definitely order from them again in the future.
Mystery boxes and various items
I've been a customer for a while now and I have had a bit of a mixed experience. Some of the things I ordered in the past came in damaged, which wasn't great. I remember one time I got a box that was all covered in something dark and sticky, it really put me off. The mystery boxes were a bit hit and miss too, one box was just filled with way too much BBQ rub. But I have to say, the value of the items in the mystery boxes was pretty good. I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of response to my emails and the total disregard for customer service. If necessary, I will take legal action to make sure my rights as a consumer are protected. The latest delivery I got had a broken curry pot that had spilled, leaving a fine curry powder all over everything. It was quite a mess to clean up, but considering the good deals on other items, I decided not to make a fuss. That being said, some better packaging would definitely make a big difference.

This company is so unprofessional. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've sent loads of emails, but they've just ignored me and kept my money without even telling me why. It's as if they're hoping I'll just forget about it and let them get away with it, which is basically stealing.

Sometimes, items have been taken out of my orders because they're out of stock, and there have been a few times when my delivery has been delayed. But I'm grateful that I always get a refund for any items that aren't included without me asking, and most of the time my orders come on time. I've also noticed that the packaging and sending address have got better, possibly because they moved warehouses a couple of years ago. Since this change, I haven't had any damaged items in my orders, which used to happen a lot before. All in all, I've found some really good deals with this company.

I made a purchase from this company on December 16th. I only got one out of the two boxes on December 21st and it had a damaged and leaking bottle inside. The other box, which had the main part of my order, never arrived.

Various reduced food
Love the prices on this website, lots of very good reductions and bargains to be had and a good range of vegan products. However my last order was placed 3 weeks ago and is yet to arrive due to a warehouse issue. Customer service replies quickly but hasn't as yet resolved the problem. It's made a little wary about buying from them again because it does make the products even further over date with a 21 day lag.
