Nightmare experience
I ordered loads of stuff and then got told that half of it wasn't actually available. They said I could have store credits instead of a refund, but then said there was some tech issue stopping the refund. It was so annoying, I just couldn't get it sorted out.

T-shirt purchase
I bought a t-shirt from this company not too long ago and had a bit of a problem with the delivery address. I accidentally put in the wrong address when I was checking out, but instead of pointing fingers at me, they fixed the problem quickly and made sure my package was sent to the right place. I was really impressed by how helpful and understanding they were, their customer service was top-notch.

I just wanted to say how incredible my maths tutor Anna is! She's so helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have a question. If you're looking to improve your maths skills, I highly recommend her. Honestly, she's the best tutor I've ever had!

Quick delivery, well packaged
I was really happy with how fast my order arrived and how well it was packed - it was a nice surprise. Both parcels turned up on the same day, which was a great bonus.
