Level 2 Counselling course
I really enjoyed doing the Level 2 Counselling course online. The course material was well laid out and easy to follow, which made it really straightforward to understand and finish the assignments. My tutor was brilliant and gave me lots of help and support along the way. Once I finished the course, I got my NCFE CACHE certificate quickly and now it's up on my wall for everyone to see. All in all, I had a fantastic learning experience with this provider.
Course registration and payment assistance
I got some really great help from the college staff when I was signing up for my course and dealing with the payment stuff. The course itself is really well-organised and interesting, teaching me a lot of useful things. My tutor, Jill Edwards, was amazing - really helpful and nice when giving me feedback on my work. It was great to have her there to help me out during my time learning.
Course feedback
I was really happy with the speedy and useful feedback I got from Tutor Jack Vaughan on my first unit. His tips on how to make my answers better were really helpful, and I'm gaining a lot from his advice. But, I'm having some technical problems with the platform, like my work not saving and questions popping up randomly, which is annoying for me and the tutors. I hope these problems get sorted out soon so we can all have a better learning experience.
Password change assistance
I got in touch with customer service because I was struggling to change my password and was feeling really annoyed. Thankfully, Andrew Stean sorted it out for me and changed it. So now I won't have to carry my heavy laptop when I go to see clients for work with Marie Curie.
Online courses completion
I recently finished two courses online with Stonebridge College, one a while back and the other just a couple of weeks ago. I've done all the work needed and paid up, and now I've been waiting eagerly for my certificates to arrive. But despite getting in touch with customer service three times to ask about what's going on, I've not been given a clear answer or a solution. Every time I call, they give me a different excuse, and it's starting to get really annoying.
Completed number of courses
I've done a lot of courses at this college. My tutor, Alison Brown, is absolutely brilliant! She's always there to help me and make sure I'm staying on top of things. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to study. They offer a wide range of courses and you can work at a pace that suits you. It's definitely a five-star experience all round! 🌟
Enrolled in functional skills level 2
I signed up for functional skills level 2 maths and English at Stonebridge College. Getting enrolled was easy peasy, but that's where the good stuff ended. Nobody told me how long the course would last, and no one got in touch with me the whole time. When I tried to book an assessment before the exam, I was told the course was already done and dusted. I felt like I threw away £800 for nothing. The complete lack of communication and support from the college left me feeling really let down and annoyed.
Holistic Healing Level 3 Diploma
I just handed in an assignment for my Holistic Healing Level 3 Diploma course, and I was really pleased to get quick feedback from my tutor, Natasha Beukes. Her positive comments and words of encouragement have really boosted my confidence with online studying. I'm grateful for all her support and guidance during the course.
Detailed courses
I absolutely adore Stonebridge College! Their courses are so thorough and really have helped me excel at work. The tutors provide fantastic feedback as well. I'm really looking forward to receiving my certificate! I would highly recommend this college to anyone!
Online course feedback
I would like to say a big thank you for the amazing support I've received from my tutor, Madam Natasha Beukes, at Stonebridge College. Her fast and friendly replies when it comes to assignments have really helped me learn. Even though I can't meet her face to face as I live in Pakistan, I've found her guidance and knowledge incredibly valuable. I also want to give a shout out to the customer service team for always being quick to answer my questions about certification and sorting out any problems efficiently. All in all, I'm a very happy student at Stonebridge College.
Distance learning course
My experience with the distance learning course wasn't great. I found the lack of communication frustrating, and the feedback from the tutor was really unhelpful - they even gave me feedback that was meant for someone else! I didn't feel like I had any support until I got to the practical part of the course, where I could finally learn properly. I won't be spending my money on another course like this again.
Online reflexology course
I signed up for an online reflexology course, and it turned out to be a brilliant decision for anyone looking to learn from home and get a qualification. The course material was really helpful, and the instructor's feedback was both motivating and useful. At first, I thought about asking for a refund, but I chose to stick with it, and I'm so pleased that I did. I even got to try out my new skills on a friend, who was really impressed with the outcome. All in all, I feel inspired and thrilled about all the knowledge and skills I've picked up.
Online course with tutor Marcus
I've been doing this online course for a while, and I've got to say, my tutor Marcus is absolutely brilliant. He really knows his stuff and it shows in every lesson. He's always ready to help out and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand everything. Marcus is really good at clearing up any doubts I might have, and his support has been key in helping me progress with my learning.
Security Management course
Stonebridge AC was absolutely amazing for me when it came to Security Management. My mentor, Jill Edwards, really went above and beyond in helping me through the course. She shared some valuable tips and gave me clear instructions that made it much easier for me to understand everything. I now feel really confident and prepared to use what I've learned in my future job. I couldn't be happier with the education and support I got from Stonebridge AC.
Course completion, flexible deadlines
I've just finished a Childcare and Education course with this college and honestly, I was really impressed. The thing that really got me was how flexible they were with deadlines - you didn't have to race through the work, you could do it at your own speed. My tutor, Alison Brown, was an absolute star. Her positive comments and support really kept me going through the course. I want to give a big thanks to the whole team for all their help in getting me through and qualified in my field.
Refund on Effective Copywriting course
I had to ask for a refund for the Effective Copywriting course because of a technical problem. After chatting with Stonebridge, I eventually got my refund. It took a bit longer than I thought, but I am happy with the way they handled it. I've studied with Stonebridge before and I wouldn't mind using their services again in the future. Although there was a little hiccup, they did sort it out in the end. Best wishes, a content customer.
Maths tutor Anna
I just wanted to say how incredible my maths tutor Anna is! She's so helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have a question. If you're looking to improve your maths skills, I highly recommend her. Honestly, she's the best tutor I've ever had!
Access To HE Nursing course
The support I got from the management and personal tutor at Stonebridge College was amazing. I found it tough with the course material as it had been 20 years since I was at university, but Wendy and Sandra really went out of their way to help me succeed. Wendy, the Head of Faculty Higher Education, was always there to listen and make adjustments for me, while Sandra gave me constant support and guidance. Unit 19, Portfolio, was a real challenge for me, but Sandra never gave up on me and kept encouraging me to keep going. Without their huge support, I don't think I would have been able to finish the course. Big thanks to Wendy and Sandra for all their hard work. I will always be thankful for the support I got at Stonebridge College.
Peak Performance Coaching course
I've signed up for the Peak Performance Coaching course recently, and I must say, I've been really impressed with the whole experience. Registering was a breeze, the course material is well-structured and easy to understand, and the first assignment was really interesting. My tutor, Natasha Beukes, has been super helpful and quick to respond, giving me some great feedback that's really helped me improve. I can't wait to dive into the rest of the course and I'm feeling pretty confident that I'll get all the support I need to do well.
