I had a really bad experience with Oxygen. The customer service was terrible, they were dishonest and unhelpful. It was honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. There was a lack of transparency and communication during the ordering process which was really frustrating. The service I got was not great, the staff were not helpful at all and didn't want to fix any problems. The prices seemed too high for what they were offering. The delivery was also disappointing with delays and wrong information. Overall, I wouldn't suggest Oxygen to anyone looking for a good and reliable customer experience.

Competitive pricing, availability, excellent service
I went to this shop the other day to get a new suitcase I needed. I was really happy to see that they had good prices, the suitcase I wanted was in stock, and they delivered it quickly. Even though I chose the standard delivery option, I got my order the very next day! The service overall was brilliant, and I would definitely tell my friends to check out this shop.

Good value policy
I thought the policy was really good value, especially because I travel a lot and rent cars often. But I was a bit annoyed by how long it took for them to process my claim. After I gave them all the paperwork they needed, they did pay out, which was a relief. In the end, I'd say this policy is worth considering if you want cheap coverage.
