Coat purchase
I bought a coat from this outdoor shop the other day. I was pretty gutted with how it all panned out, to be honest. Got a refund notification out of the blue, no reason given. When I got in touch with customer services, turns out my order got cancelled cos they didn't have it in stock. Bit annoying, really. Had to wait another 5-7 days to get my money back.

Beige boots, size 5
I recently got myself a pair of beige boots in size 5 from Shoeaholics, and I can honestly say that I am over the moon with my purchase. I've purchased shoes from their other brands in the past, so I had high hopes, and they definitely delivered. The boots look even nicer in person than they did online, and they are super comfy to wear. The zebra effect print gives them that extra touch of glam that I adore. They arrived quickly, and the packaging was really impressive too. All in all, I am one happy customer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shoeaholics to anyone.

Hair extension purchase for wedding
I just want to say a massive thank you to Lucy for the amazing job she did with my client's hair for the wedding. She really went above and beyond, and her skill and dedication were outstanding. My client's hair looked absolutely beautiful, thanks to Lucy's hard work. I am so thankful for the fantastic customer service she provided, and I will definitely be coming back to her for any future hair extension needs.

Vintage wine purchase
I recently bought a case of vintage wine from this company, hoping to get my hands on the 2020 vintage. However, I was quite disappointed to discover that they had actually sent me the 2021 vintage instead. Being quite the wine enthusiast who enjoys the unique characteristics of each vintage, it was quite disheartening for me. The flavour and overall character of the 2021 vintage just didn't match up to what I had experienced with the 2020 vintage. It felt like a bit of a downgrade in terms of quality and I must say, I was not pleased with the product I received.

I had a bit of a rubbish experience with this online shop recently. I bought some clothes, but my account got deleted during a site reset for some reason. The customer service was no help at all and didn't want to admit they were in the wrong. It was pretty annoying and made me feel like I'd been conned. I reckon people should be careful when buying stuff from that shop.
