Stylish black boots
I recently got myself a pair of stylish black boots from Shoeaholics, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with both the quality of the boots and the service I got. Ordering them was easy, I could just have a good look through their big collection and make my choice without any bother. The boots were priced very reasonably, especially with how great they look and how good they are. When my order arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the boots came sooner than I expected, all wrapped up safe and sound and in perfect shape. They were exactly like they were described on the website, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. Shoeaholics really do come through on their promise of good deals and top-notch service.
Gold belted boots
I recently bought a gorgeous pair of gold belted boots from Shoeaholics and I couldn't be happier with them. Oh my gosh, I just had to share my experience with you all! I recently bought some red and black shoes from Shoeaholics, and they were absolutely amazing. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had heard some negative things, but my shoes arrived really quickly (in just 2 days) and they were in perfect condition! They looked brand new and the box was pristine. Not to mention, they were £100 cheaper than on the actual shop's website, and I even got an extra 20% off as a new customer. I was over the moon with my purchase and just had to come on here to tell you all how fantastic it was. Huge thank you to Shoeaholics!
Beige boots, size 5
I recently got myself a pair of beige boots in size 5 from Shoeaholics, and I can honestly say that I am over the moon with my purchase. I've purchased shoes from their other brands in the past, so I had high hopes, and they definitely delivered. The boots look even nicer in person than they did online, and they are super comfy to wear. The zebra effect print gives them that extra touch of glam that I adore. They arrived quickly, and the packaging was really impressive too. All in all, I am one happy customer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shoeaholics to anyone.
Broken emblem
I am really gutted about what happened with the shoes I got from Shoeaholics. The emblem on the shoe totally fell apart on the very first day I wore them. I truly thought that a store like that would have better quality products, but turns out I was mistaken. Even though the shoes looked nice, that broken emblem was a real turn-off for me.
Trainers purchase
I've been really happy with my experiences as a customer at this shop. They have a great range of trainers and the prices are fair. The delivery is always quick, which I love. I'll definitely keep using this shop for all my footwear needs.
Lip injection lip gloss and shaping pencil purchase
I had a great experience at Shoeaholics, despite a small issue with the delivery. The customer service team was really helpful and kept me updated the whole time, which I was grateful for. The delay was mainly because of the courier, so I don't blame the company for that. As for the products, I am so impressed with the lip injection lip gloss and shaping pencil. They are even better than I expected in terms of quality and how well they work.
Comfortable shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Shoeaholics and I must say, it was a breeze. The order process was straightforward and my delivery came right on time. The shoes were comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I did have to make a return, but it was no trouble at all and everything went smoothly. All in all, I'm really happy with the whole Shoeaholics shopping experience.
Bag purchases
I recently bought two bags from Shoeaholics, one for a gift and the other for myself. The quality of the bags is absolutely brilliant, particularly my own bag which is made from the softest leather. The prices were really good too, which made the purchases even better. I'm sure the Christmas present will be well liked, and I'm really happy with my own bag.
KG shoes
I ordered a lovely pair of KG shoes last Wednesday and they arrived on Friday via DPD right on time. To my delight, the shoes fit perfectly and were of fantastic quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, speedy delivery, and overall excellence of the product. Despite the mixed reviews, the shoes were authentic and I'm really pleased with my purchase.
KG trainers purchase
The KG trainers I got from Shoeaholics were absolutely amazing! I found them at a really good price and they are such good quality. They're so comfy, stylish, and exactly what I wanted. Only downside was that the shoe box came a bit broken and split, but everything else was fine.
Shoes too small
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Shoeaholics, but unfortunately they turned out to be too small for me. When I tried to return them on their website, I faced some issues and was told to contact customer service using a different method. This whole ordeal has been quite frustrating, as all I want is a return label and my money back. I emailed help@shoeaholics, but haven't heard back yet. I even tried reaching out on Instagram, but they just told me to email again. Dealing with this return and refund has been a real pain and taken up a lot of my time.
Shoes for a gift
I was so disappointed when I received the shoes I ordered because the packaging was in such a bad state. Luckily, the shoes weren't damaged, but it definitely put a damper on the whole experience. I bought them as a gift, so it was a shame that the packaging was ruined. If the couriers are going to be so careless with handling packages, maybe Shoeaholics should think about using a different delivery service. It was frustrating to see that neither Shoeaholics nor the carrier, Evri, seemed to care about the poor condition of the package when it arrived. All in all, it was a pretty bad service experience.
Sandals too small
I bought some sandals from Shoeaholics the other day, but they turned out to be too small for me. I tried to send them back through their website, like they said, but I had some problems. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, I got a message saying they couldn't process my return. I've been trying to get in touch with their online customer service loads of times, but I haven't heard back from them at all.
Slip-on shoes with chain detail
I bought these slip-on shoes from Shoeaholics, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The chain detail on them makes a noise every time I walk, which gets on my nerves. Also, they are a bit bigger than I expected, so they keep slipping off my feet. I was looking forward to having a comfy and trendy pair of slip-ons, but these just didn't hit the mark for me.
Fast delivery fail
I was really looking forward to my new shoes arriving the next day but they didn't show up! I tried to get in touch with customer service but they were so rude. Then they said my shoes weren't even available which was a shock. It took ages to get my money back after returning the shoes. My bank had to tell me I got refunded at the end of the month. It was such a terrible experience, especially as I've had good experiences shopping here in the past. So disappointed!
Bought multiple shoes and a handbag
I've bought loads of shoes and a handbag from this store. The Carvela boots I got had problems with the stitching and logo, which cost me a lot to fix. The high heels fell apart after only one wear, and the knee highs started to come apart as well. Thankfully, the handbag I bought for my daughter was good, but I don't think I'll be purchasing shoes from here again.
My new shoes - sparkly, shiny, perfect!
Oh my gosh, I am over the moon with my new sparkly shoes from Shoeaholics! They are absolutely perfect. The shoes are even more stunning in person than they appeared online, they are seriously so shiny and sparkly. And the best thing is, they were a bargain! Also, the delivery was really fast, I received them in no time at all.
Trainers, Bad Customer Service, Never got my shoes
I bought a pair of trainers from this store for the first time, thinking my shoes would be here soon. But, you know what? They never arrived! I tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all! So now I don't have my new shoes and I'm really let down. I definitely won't shop here again, that's certain.
