Online clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from an online store not so long ago, but to my disappointment, I never got my order. I tried contacting the company, but they took ages to reply to my first email - over a week, in fact. The communication was pretty rubbish, and when I asked for a refund rather than another delivery, I faced even more problems with the refund process. They weren't keen on letting me do a chargeback, and their attitude towards fixing the problem was really disappointing. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been annoying and left me feeling dissatisfied.

I received my jumpsuit really quickly and it fits like a glove, the quality is top-notch too. It's made from such nice material, perfect for a night out.
