Air conditioning unit
I recently bought an air conditioning unit from this company and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The product is fantastic quality and works perfectly. The ordering process was really easy and there were no problems at all. The customer service was brilliant – the staff were so helpful, knew their stuff, and were really friendly too. Overall, the whole experience was really smooth and everything went really well. The delivery was quick and the item arrived in excellent condition. Tight shoes
I bought a pair of shoes not long ago, but sadly they were too tight and I couldn't get comfortable in them after trying to wear them in. I decided to email the company to ask if I could return the shoes in exchange for a cheaper replacement. I thought this was a reasonable idea that could work for both of us. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response to the four emails I sent. I'm disappointed by the poor customer service and won't be buying from them again in the future.
