I reckon it would be much better if they let us pay in instalments. I live in Guadeloupe, and when I buy something from them, it's a bit of a hassle since they don't offer that option. I often end up ordering from their website and having it delivered to my sister-in-law's address, which is annoying because it means I have to manage two different accounts with them.

Online order for pick up in store
I ordered something online and when I went to pick it up in the store, no one seemed to know what was happening. They just kept passing me around to different people and nobody seemed willing to take responsibility. In the end, my order was cancelled for no apparent reason. I think it was pretty rubbish service, to be honest!
