    I recently contacted an agent called ROISIN for some assistance with my account and I was really impressed by how professional, friendly, and efficient she was. She quickly resolved all my questions and made everything run so smoothly and easily. If only all customer service agents could be as good as her!

    Grill and shelf purchase

    I am really shocked by how this online shop handles things. I ordered a grill and shelf together, expecting them to realise that the shelf wouldn't fit the grill - it's just common sense! But they completely missed it. It's a huge mistake on their part and has caused me so much unnecessary hassle.

    Not only did I have to send back the wrong shelf, I also had to pay an extra £14 for shipping. It's just not on, and I'm really let down by how they dealt with the situation. Having to ask for a link to the correct shelf, only to be told they don't even have one for my model, is so frustrating.

    I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone looking for kitchen appliances or accessories. The lack of attention to detail is unbelievable, and the customer service isn't up to scratch at all.

    Heart-shaped prescription sunglasses with case and cloth/pouch

    I absolutely love the heart-shaped prescription sunglasses I got from this company! They are just so fabulous and cute. What's even better is that they came with a case and cloth/pouch to keep them safe. Now I don't have to decide between regular glasses and sunglasses because I have both in one stylish pair. So happy with my purchase!

    Delayed order, lack of tracking, unresponsive customer service

    I'm sorry to say I had a really bad time when I ordered from this company. Even though they said my order would arrive in a certain time, it didn't show up when it was supposed to. The status of my order in my account just said 'Shipped' without allowing me to track it. I tried to talk to customer service using the chat bot, but it wasn't helpful at all. I got frustrated and sent lots of emails to Sensilab, but they didn't even reply or acknowledge them. Finally, I had to tell them to reply by a certain date, or else I would have to ask my card issuer for a refund. PayPal quickly approved my request, which shows that Sensilab wasn't communicating or supporting me well. It was a disappointing experience that I wouldn't want to go through again.
