I've just bought some garden furniture from this online shop and on the whole, I was pretty pleased with how it all went. Ordering was a quick and easy process and the delivery was fast. However, I hit a snag with the delivery itself. The original delivery date had to be pushed back because a previous delivery was blocking access to the pallet with my furniture on it. When the furniture eventually arrived, I discovered that 2 of the chairs were too damaged to fix. Despite this hiccup, I got in touch with customer service and they sorted it out super quickly - within just 3 working days, replacements arrived and the damaged chairs were taken away. The customer service was great and I'm grateful for how fast they solved the problem.

I bought a garden storage box from the shop recently, but I've had a really disappointing experience. I ordered it nearly two weeks ago and was looking forward to getting it delivered. But when I got in touch with customer service to ask about the delivery date, they told me that the product had actually sold out. I came across this company by accident and was really happy to see that they had the garden storage boxes I needed. I decided to send them an email to check if they were in stock, and I got a quick reply back. I then went ahead and ordered 2 garden storage boxes. I was so pleased when they arrived just 28 hours later, and on top of that, I got them at a great price with an extra 20% off. I can't praise ecookshop enough, they really did a fantastic job.
8 Portmeirion tea plates
I recently bought 8 Portmeirion tea plates from an online cookware shop. About a year ago, I bought 6 of them when they were on sale and loved how they looked on my Christmas table. The quality was top-notch and they were a bargain at half price. Recently, I went back to the shop and saw that the same plates were still on sale, so I got 2 more of them. I also got 2 different design plates that were also half price. They had a wide range of designs to choose from, and I had a really good shopping experience. And let's face it, who doesn't love a good deal?

I had a great experience with the price match service at this store. I reached out to them through online chat and was really pleased with how quickly and helpfully they responded. They advised me to buy at the higher online price and then send the order number by email. I did as they said and in no time at all, the price difference was refunded to me. The whole thing was sorted out in under an hour! I'd like to say a big thank you to the customer service reps Lucy and Jane for being so efficient and friendly.

Their team was so friendly and knowledgeable, making my shopping trip easy as pie. I would definitely suggest ecookshop to anyone in need of top-notch customer service.
Grill and shelf purchase
I am really shocked by how this online shop handles things. I ordered a grill and shelf together, expecting them to realise that the shelf wouldn't fit the grill - it's just common sense! But they completely missed it. It's a huge mistake on their part and has caused me so much unnecessary hassle.
Not only did I have to send back the wrong shelf, I also had to pay an extra £14 for shipping. It's just not on, and I'm really let down by how they dealt with the situation. Having to ask for a link to the correct shelf, only to be told they don't even have one for my model, is so frustrating.
I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone looking for kitchen appliances or accessories. The lack of attention to detail is unbelievable, and the customer service isn't up to scratch at all.Damaged garden furniture
The garden furniture I bought came in all damaged with screws all loose. The replacement wasn't any better - some screws were missing and others still not secure. Even the box it was delivered in was all busted up, so now it's a struggle to send it back. To sum it up, not a great time all around and I won't be giving this company another chance.

I popped into ecookshop to have a look at some BBQs, but ended up getting a garden heater instead. The staff there were really lovely! They gave me a fantastic offer and were so understanding when my dog decided to wander off in the store. It was my third visit to ecookshop, even though it's a bit of a trek from my place. The folks there are just really nice and welcoming.

But, I was pleasantly surprised when my order turned up just four days later. Sadly, one cushion was missing, but after giving them a bell, they sent it in the post and it arrived the very next day. All in all, I was pretty chuffed with the service and delivery.

I order this really cool outdoor patio set, right, and it comes on time. But you know what? It turns up with some small damages on it. And now, I've been trying to get them to sort it out, but all I only seem to get are automated emails and no one picking up the phone. It's just frustrating, isn't it? All I want is to get my patio set fixed, mate.
Garden sofa set purchase
I bought a garden sofa set from Garden Furniture World recently, hoping to relax on it over the Bank Holiday weekend. Unfortunately, the delivery was a nightmare. First, they said it would come on Wednesday 5th, so I waited at home all day. But then, in the afternoon, they said it wouldn't arrive and gave me a new delivery date for the next day. They even gave me a contact number for updates. The next day, I called and they said it would come by 5pm. But it never arrived - I later found out the driver had to go back because of some tachograph thing. So my Bank Holiday plans were totally ruined because I had no garden furniture. When I complained, all they said was sorry without offering any way to fix things. In the end, I decided to cancel my order because the whole experience was a letdown.
Large garden furniture purchase
I had a really bad customer service experience with Dawson's after I spent a lot of money on garden furniture. Even though they said they sent out my order, the courier never got in touch. Dawson's replies were not clear and didn't really help, they just blamed the courier instead of sorting it out themselves. I tried to contact them several times but it didn't help, so now I feel really annoyed and let down. I wouldn't suggest buying from them again.
