Garden storage box purchase
I bought a garden storage box from the shop recently, but I've had a really disappointing experience. I ordered it nearly two weeks ago and was looking forward to getting it delivered. But when I got in touch with customer service to ask about the delivery date, they told me that the product had actually sold out. It was so frustrating because it was in stock when I bought it, so now I'm starting to think that the company might not be completely honest. I'm thinking about taking legal action because of this deceitful behaviour and I'd advise others to be careful when buying from this shop.

8 Portmeirion tea plates
I recently bought 8 Portmeirion tea plates from an online cookware shop. About a year ago, I bought 6 of them when they were on sale and loved how they looked on my Christmas table. The quality was top-notch and they were a bargain at half price. Recently, I went back to the shop and saw that the same plates were still on sale, so I got 2 more of them. I also got 2 different design plates that were also half price. They had a wide range of designs to choose from, and I had a really good shopping experience. And let's face it, who doesn't love a good deal?

Grill and shelf purchase
I am really shocked by how this online shop handles things. I ordered a grill and shelf together, expecting them to realise that the shelf wouldn't fit the grill - it's just common sense! But they completely missed it. It's a huge mistake on their part and has caused me so much unnecessary hassle.
Not only did I have to send back the wrong shelf, I also had to pay an extra £14 for shipping. It's just not on, and I'm really let down by how they dealt with the situation. Having to ask for a link to the correct shelf, only to be told they don't even have one for my model, is so frustrating.
I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone looking for kitchen appliances or accessories. The lack of attention to detail is unbelievable, and the customer service isn't up to scratch at all.Damaged garden furniture
The garden furniture I bought came in all damaged with screws all loose. The replacement wasn't any better - some screws were missing and others still not secure. Even the box it was delivered in was all busted up, so now it's a struggle to send it back. To sum it up, not a great time all around and I won't be giving this company another chance.

However, I hit a snag with the delivery itself. The original delivery date had to be pushed back because a previous delivery was blocking access to the pallet with my furniture on it. When the furniture eventually arrived, I discovered that 2 of the chairs were too damaged to fix. Despite this hiccup, I got in touch with customer service and they sorted it out super quickly - within just 3 working days, replacements arrived and the damaged chairs were taken away. The customer service was great and I'm grateful for how fast they solved the problem.

But it never arrived - I later found out the driver had to go back because of some tachograph thing. So my Bank Holiday plans were totally ruined because I had no garden furniture. When I complained, all they said was sorry without offering any way to fix things. In the end, I decided to cancel my order because the whole experience was a letdown.
