Online dating service
As a user of the online dating service, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with my experience. When I first signed up and bought some credits, I soon found out that a lot of the profiles on there were fake. It was clear that these fake profiles were mainly there to try and get users to spend more money on credits by sending messages that you had to reply to. I felt like this was misleading and left me feeling like I'd been fooled and not happy with the service in general.

Family wedding outfit
I popped into the store at Cheshire Oaks the other day to pick out an outfit for a family wedding. The customer service Kyla and Neve provided was absolutely outstanding. They were so helpful and really went out of their way to help me find the perfect outfit. Thanks to them, I managed to find exactly what I had in mind and now I feel completely ready and confident for the event. I honestly can't thank them enough for their fantastic service and friendly approach. Keep up the amazing work!

Refund not received
I took something back to your shop on the 10th of May, and it was sent back on the 14th of May. However, it's been 18 days since I returned the item and 22 days since I posted it, yet I haven't got my money back. I got in touch on the 26th of May to ask about my refund but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication and slow refund process has been really disappointing and annoying. It would be great if this could be sorted out quickly.
