    I bought a pair of Nocta hot step terra 2 white trainers not long ago from this shop. I ordered them online, but had to cancel before they were sent because of customs and VAT problems.     I bought something the other day and had to return it, and guess what? They charged me £2.95 for it! Can you believe that? I've never come across any other shop that does this, it's absolutely bonkers. It's really cheesed me off and now I'm out of pocket. I contacted the company and they said they would send the missing pair, but it's been 9 days now and I still haven't got it. I also spoke to YODEL, the delivery company, but their updates on where my parcel is have not been very helpful. I've tried everything, but it seems like my trainers have disappeared into thin air.

    After checking out a few dodgy reviews, I took a chance and bought some trainers from Offspring. I wasn't sure at first, but I was actually really impressed with how smoothly everything went. I got my confirmation nice and quick, and even though there was a bit of a wait because of a bank holiday, the trainers turned up the very next day.     This was my first time buying from this company, and I thought I'd share my thoughts to give a different perspective. I saw some bad reviews, but my experience was actually pretty good. The trainers I ordered came quickly, just 2 days after I placed my order. They were delivered by a well-known courier service and were really well packaged in double boxes. Both the trainer box and the trainers themselves were in perfect condition, which was important to me because I like when things look nice.     I bought these new shoes about 6 weeks back and sadly they had some damage on them, almost looked like someone tried to hide it using glue. I decided to return them and asked for an exchange or refund. It's been 5 weeks now and I still haven't received any response from them, despite regularly emailing them weekly.     I've got to say, my recent experience with this company was an absolute nightmare from the get-go. The customer service was appalling - the team seemed clueless, unprofessional, and completely lacked any sort of integrity. They really couldn't care less about their customers or making sure you have a positive shopping experience. Despite handing over my hard-earned cash, my order still hasn't shown up. And when I reached out for help, all they did was point the finger at the courier without offering an ounce of assistance or a solution. Their total lack of communication skills and inability to give me any useful information is beyond frustrating. I'd strongly recommend against shopping with them and suggest you find a more reliable and reputable retailer instead. Definitely watch out if you do decide to go ahead - buyer beware for sure!

    Two trainers in December

    I purchased two pairs of trainers in December, but had to return one because it was too small. I made sure to double box it and sent it back in a black bag as instructed. But now they're claiming the box was empty! I've been trying to get my refund since then, but no one has been assisting me. It's been really frustrating and they haven't even provided any evidence that the package was empty. Their customer service is terrible and you can only reach them online. It's best to avoid buying from them, it's just not worth it.

    I took something back to your shop on the 10th of May, and it was sent back on the 14th of May. However, it's been 18 days since I returned the item and 22 days since I posted it, yet I haven't got my money back. I got in touch on the 26th of May to ask about my refund but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication and slow refund process has been really disappointing and annoying. It would be great if this could be sorted out quickly.

    Trainers for daughter

    I recently got my order from this place for my daughter's trainers, and I have to say, I was really shocked. The trainers arrived in a terrible condition - no packaging, tags ripped off, extra laces just chucked in the box. It felt like they had sent me second-hand trainers! I had to send them back because they were so dirty, and to make matters worse, I had to fork out for the return postage. Extremely let down and won't be coming back here again. Stay away from this place at all costs!

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe the issues I had with my new trainers! The box was completely squashed, and there was a random blue pen mark on one of the soles. Not to mention, there was glue all over them and a defect on one of the shoes. And those marks on the bottom that made it look like they had already been worn - so frustrating!

    Unreceived parcel, refund issue, poor communication

    I am really disappointed with the customer service from this company. They haven't sent me my parcel and instead of helping, they let the courier take it back without saying anything. I've emailed them loads of times explaining the problem clearly, but they keep ignoring me. It's so annoying to see such incompetence from a company that's supposed to be good. They won't even give me a refund for the delivery costs I paid, and want me to sort it out with the courier myself. I've even shown them proof from my DPD account that the parcel hasn't been returned, but they still won't do anything. I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. It's a shame that a simple problem has turned into a nightmare because they can't communicate properly and handle things well.

    Recent non-delivery purchase

    I recently bought something but it never arrived. The delivery company said it was delivered on a certain date, but I didn't get it. When I contacted Offspring's customer service, it felt like they didn't believe me and weren't very helpful. I filled out a claim form they sent me by email, but they said they couldn't accept it because of a digital signature issue. I tried to follow up and resend the form correctly, but I still haven't heard anything back. Dealing with Offspring and their customer service has been really frustrating overall.
