Sun loungers purchase
The sun loungers I bought from this shop were a total disaster when they arrived. They were completely ruined, with bent frames, broken feet, and split rattan. It was obvious that there was a serious lack of quality control before they were sent out. However, I have to say, the customer service I received after this mess was amazing. I was lucky enough to speak with a man named Felix Roberts, who took control of the situation and arranged the collection of the damaged loungers quickly. Even though my re-order didn't start smoothly, Felix made sure it was sorted out, and even sent me a set of covers as a gesture. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile were really impressive. Felix is a real asset to the customer service team at White Stores and deserves all the praise he can get.
Review about: World of Roses
Named rose in memory of late husband
I have to admit, I was really happy with how the roses from World of Roses were packaged. The box they came in was great, keeping them safe and making sure they were perfect when they arrived. The care instructions were useful too for keeping the roses looking their best. I got a rose with a special name in memory of my husband, so it was really important that they were in top condition, and World of Roses definitely came through. Definitely deserving of five stars.

Backpack/shopping trolley
So, I got this proper cool backpack/shopping trolley from this website, and it was well cheap, you know what I mean? Like, way less than half the price of everywhere else! People had good things to say about them, so I thought I'd give it a go. And let me tell you, I was chuffed with what I received! The service was spot on, mate. They sorted out the delivery real quick and kept me updated, which was really nice. I'm definitely gonna be shopping with them again, no question. I've had some dodgy experiences with other companies, you get me? Didn't get what I paid for, rubbish quality. But Bargain Fox is a different story. This backpack/trolley was exactly as described and looked just like the picture. Big thank you to them!
