Recent shoe purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago and I'm quite pleased with them, all in all. The only downside was that I never got an email to let me know when they arrived at the store. Not hearing anything made me a bit annoyed because I had to go back to the store again just to see if they were there. Apart from that, the shoes are top quality and I'm happy with my buy.

My big plant order
I ordered loads of plants online and they never showed up! I was so excited to get them and make my garden look super pretty, but now I'm just super disappointed. I tried emailing them about it a bunch of times, but they never replied. I even tried looking up a phone number, but no luck. It's a massive bummer and I definitely won't be ordering from them again!
