Holiday booking
I was really disappointed with my holiday booking experience. I booked a holiday but then got a call the next day saying there were problems with the flights. They said I could fly from a different airport but it would cost a lot more. Because it didn't fit with my plans, I asked to cancel the booking. But it took ages and I had to pay more before they finally agreed to cancel the holiday. It's just not on, the lack of honesty and communication is really upsetting.
