I want to share my recent experience with a luxury item purchase. The service I received was exceptional and really stood out to me. I've been dealing with luxury items for a while, but the service I got this time was top-notch. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who really made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they helped me make a well-informed decision. Compared to other high-end retailers I've dealt with, this experience was like a breath of fresh air. I just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service.

WARNING!!! Avoid Opodo like the plague. We are regretting it and so will you. Not even sure how they’re still trading and why their owner/manager is not in court (probably is actually). Their customer services is non-existent. Being redirected or perpetually bounced from website to app to chat to phone and back again will drive anyone crazy. Their “deals” are a honey trap. You’ll end up in a labyrinth of disappointment, dismay and dead-ends. And then after destroying your travel plans they’ll add insult to injury with the incessant marketing emails reminding you how you were lured in in the first place. You’ve been warned. Minimum 120 days to wait for a refund for their mistakes and shortcomings. This is not a travel agent but rather and inconvenience agent.
Waiting 9 months for a refund ..I was told on the phone that the refund had been received from Qatar .,,when it did not reach my account I emailed them...they said it had not been received.
They lied.I have now instituted legal against them and will take every opportunity to expose them in the media...
