    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

    POSITIVE: Ordering is easy, there are a lot of discounts and the delivery is fast. (except for when they don't have the pair of shoes, they just don't send it to you and they don't notify you either - if you write them they just send back the money and there is no chance to get the shoes without paying shipping costs again)

    NEGATIVE: There is a lot of negative! But most importantly: Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

    1) In my first order I, unfortunately, picked the wrong sizes, so I had to ship back the order. Since they claim to have easy return options, I specifically asked where to best send it back and they named me an address in the UK. After I sent it there and informed them, they said that they won't cover the costs since I sent it to the UK instead of a nearer depot in Europe. (I live in Austria.)
    They told me to send it there and then they refused to pay for it. It didn't make any sense to me at all!


    2) In the meantime I had placed another order and only received 3 out of 4 pair of shoes. One of them, again, was too small but apparantely sending it back would cost me just as much as keeping it.
    After some weeks had past I asked for the 4th pair of shoes since it stated that the shipment is being prepared. But instead of sending me the shoes they just gave me a refund for the pair stating that they don't have them right now.
    When I asked them if there is any way to still receive the pair since I don't want to pay unnecessary shipping costs AGAIN, they simply ignored my question and told me to get a notification via the website and place a new order once they are available. I mean, what the heck? That wasn't my fault at all!

    3) Since my currency is euros, everytime I get a refund from them I actually loose a lot of money due to the change of currency. Up until now I forfeited over 50€ for nothing.

    So, after these things happened, I wrote them a complaint email stating all those facts and pointing out how poor their responses where. All I got so far was a short reply that it was forwarded to someone and "if there is any related opportunity someone will get back to me". That was over two weeks ago.

    What is most annoying is that whenever they reply to you they act over the top friendly but when it comes to the content and serious questions, they simply ignore it or give you wrong information, not even apologizing when they were obviously in the wrong. I have never received such a bad customer service in my entire life!
