Multiple chunky boots
I've placed quite a few orders in the past, the only one without any issues was the first. Their Kyoko boots with gold stars. I love these boots, they're my favourite and they've served me well for 2 years and counting.
I ordered a pair of their red velvet ankle boots about a year later and the quality dipped substantially. The tongues in one of the shoes is shorter than the other and slides down into the shoe so often that they're almost unwearable for me.
Following that, this year my friend bought me a pair of their boots in my size for my birthday & one boot is literally bigger than the other despite being "the same size" and "true to size" it crushes the foot it was sized to fit - so far customer support haven't been helpful at all.
Shame to see a company I once loved dip in quality so much.Talwar Chunky Stomper Boots
Let me start off by saying, the shoes were really comfortable and easy to break in - they were great. I was pleased with how quickly they were delivered, and I've bought other shoes from them that have been fantastic. However, I must admit, my experience with the Talwar Chunky Stomper Boots has been a huge disappointment. They started to split along the sole within a year of me getting them, which is really frustrating. I've had other platform shoes that have lasted for years, so it's disappointing that these boots didn't hold up. It's not very eco-friendly if I have to replace them so soon because of a design flaw. I'll try to fix them, but I'm not convinced the issue won't happen again. Despite all this, I do like the other products I've bought from this brand.
Stylish shoes
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, and I've got to say, I'm always impressed by the stylish and trendy footwear they offer. The designs are spot-on, and I love how their shoes can go with any outfit I choose to wear. The only letdown for me is the durability of the shoes. They seem to break easily, and I find myself having to buy new ones after just a year of use. It would be fantastic if the brand could up their game in terms of materials used to make the shoes, making sure they last longer and give better value for the price you pay.
Mud-resistant trainers
These trainers are an absolute game-changer for outdoor events. I recently wore them to a music festival where the weather turned bad, but these shoes really saved me. Despite the slippery mud and rain-soaked ground, I managed to stay upright all day thanks to these amazing trainers. I even had a go at sliding down a steep hill where everyone else was having a tough time, but these shoes held on so tightly that I didn't move an inch. I definitely suggest these trainers for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities or goes to festivals often.
Black platform boots
The black platform boots I got from here are really great. They're so stylish, comfy, and well-made. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they fit and how easily they go with different outfits. The price was such a bargain during the sale, considering the quality I got. I'd definitely suggest having a look at their sales for some amazing deals. The only downside was the delivery cost, which was a bit high as I'm not in the UK. On the whole, I'm really happy with my buy and would definitely come back to shop here again.
Recent shoe purchase
I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes from this shop, and generally, I've been happy with the quality. However, my most recent two pairs had some problems, which was really disappointing. The shoes weren't as good as usual, but luckily the customer service team sorted it out quickly. They were really helpful and responsive, which I was grateful for.
Delayed Delivery
I had a bit of a problem with my order delivery from this shop the other day. It ended up taking an extra ten days to get to me than they originally said it would. But even though the wait was longer than expected, the customer service person I spoke to was really helpful and quick to respond. It seemed like the hold-up was more down to the delivery company rather than the shop itself. So, my advice would be not to set your hopes too high on the delivery date and keep in mind that there might be delays.
Shoes not as comfortable as expected
I was really excited about getting my shoes from this store, but I was pretty let down when I tried them on. They didn't feel as comfy as I had hoped. The sole, especially at the front, felt too thin and didn't give enough support. Plus, the shoes were quite narrow at the front, making my toes feel squished and uncomfortable, which isn't something I usually have a problem with in other shoes. Comfort is really important to me when it comes to footwear, so this was a big let-down for me.
Design variety lacking in larger sizes
The designs in this store are so stunning, I absolutely love them! But, being a 16-year-old guy, I've struggled to find shoes in my size that I actually like. It would be awesome if they could make more "women's shoes" available in men's sizes too. I haven't bought any shoes from this brand yet, so I can't say anything about the quality, but the designs are super unique and really catch your eye.
Comfortable and durable shoes
These shoes are so comfy and tough. I had them on at SLAMDUNK the other day, and they were great in the mud and rain. Everyone else was slipping about, but not me - these shoes kept me steady. I even had a go at sliding down a steep hill, but they had such good grip that I couldn't budge. I must say, I'm well impressed with how well these trainers have held up - top quality!
Shoes
The shoes are actually really nice in quality, but they run a bit big, so I had to get some heel grips to make them fit properly. It was a bit of a letdown to realise that I couldn't return them for free, so I ended up stuck with two pairs that weren't quite right for me. It wasn't the best situation, and I wish the customer service had been more helpful in dealing with it.

As a customer of Koi Footwear, I must say I'm quite disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered a pair of shoes that were meant to arrive in early May, but it's now June and they still haven't shown up. I've bought from this brand before, and my last purchase arrived on time. However, the fact that there's been no communication or updates on the shipping for my current order has left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down.
Chunky trainers
I've just got my chunky trainers from this shop and I'm absolutely chuffed. They came quickly, are great quality, and I didn't break the bank buying them. They go with loads of outfits and I'm buzzing to wear them out. Treat yourself to a pair, you won't be disappointed!
Beautiful shoes, excellent customer service
I bought a lovely pair of trendy shoes from this company not long ago. Sadly, one of the straps on the shoes broke soon after I got them. When I got in touch with them about it, I was really pleased with the great customer service. They quickly sent out a new pair without any trouble or asking loads of questions.
Shoes fit perfectly
I've just got these really cool shoes and they fit me perfectly, yay! But to be honest, they didn't give me a heads up on when they were arriving, so I only found out when I spotted the delivery guy outside. It was a bit annoying, but hey, the shoes are top-notch!
Chunky, lightweight shoes
Wow, these shoes are absolutely fabulous, I just can't get over it! The company really knows how to deliver top-notch customer service. They assisted me with everything I wanted and made sure I was really satisfied. The shoes look even better in person and those chunky soles are absolutely gorgeous!
Comfortable shoes, missing socks
The shoes I bought were so comfy, and I was really happy with how great they were. The only problem was that I didn't get any socks with them. But when I got in touch with customer service by email, they got back to me quickly and said they'd send me the missing pair. And they did - the socks arrived the very next day, just like they promised.

Oh my God, I bought these trainers last year and they are honestly so comfy! I wear them all the time and they still look brand new. I loved them so much that I ended up buying a second pair too!
Shoes for daughter's birthday
I bought two pairs of shoes for my daughter's birthday recently, and she really loved them! The quality was top-notch and it made her day extra special. The styles were fashionable and different - she couldn't wait to show them to her friends. I'm really happy with the purchase and would definitely buy more shoes from here again.
