Pet food
I bought some pet food from the store not long ago, but when it arrived, the bag was all ripped and some of the food had spilled out. I got in touch with customer service straight away and sent them some pictures of the damaged packaging. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated for them to sort it out, but in the end, they did send me a new bag of food.

Mud race event participation
Tough Mudder was so much fun! The staff really went the extra mile to make sure our team had a great time. Ed and David did a brilliant job of keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Joyce was a lifesaver when it came to sorting out all the admin stuff. The whole experience was really exhilarating and tough, but definitely worth it for all the mud and obstacles!
