Ordered shoes, got sold to someone else
I was really looking forward to receiving these awesome shoes I ordered, but when my partner went to pick them up, they had already been sold to someone else! It was such a disappointment! It was a waste of our time and a total mix-up. I usually love shopping at that store and the staff are great, but this situation was definitely not okay.

CD shelving unit, too deep
This CD storage unit is top quality, but it's a bit too deep for my liking. I had to stick some 2”x 2” blocks at the back to bring the CDs forward. The packaging was fab and the instructions were a breeze to follow, probably the best I've ever come across. I liked that all the little bits were packed separately and easy to spot.
