Unwanted order return
This shop is a bit of a nightmare, honestly. I bought something online and when I tried to send it back because it wasn't what I expected, it was a total mission impossible. Their customer service is rubbish, trying to call them is pointless, and the live chat might as well not even exist. I even sent them an email and heard nothing back. So now I'm stuck with this thing I don't want and I'm pretty annoyed about it. Avoid this company at all costs!
