Car rental, delayed flight, inconvenience
I had a really bad experience with a car rental company recently after my flight to Gatwick airport got delayed. They were supposed to have a desk at the terminal, but they didn't, which caused a lot of hassle for me because I had given them my flight details beforehand. I tried calling and emailing them, but no one got back to me, so I was stuck without a way to get the vehicle. This ended up costing me extra money and made me really stressed out, so I had to quickly sort out alternative travel plans. I'm really let down by the way this rental company handled the situation, their communication and customer service was seriously lacking.

I got in touch with the Criminal Injuries Helpline recently for some legal advice, but honestly, I was really let down by the whole experience. The person I spoke to couldn't give me the right info about my past criminal charges and just told me to go get a copy of my convictions from the police station, which seemed like a bit of a hassle for no reason. On top of that, they were pretty rude and kept interrupting me, even when I asked them to listen. It's just not right for them to show such a lack of respect and understanding, especially when dealing with calls about sensitive stuff like this. These kind of organisations should treat everyone with fairness and compassion, especially those who might have been through some tough times.
