Got contacted by a scammy company
So there's this shady company that reached out to me, even though I ain't got no legal troubles and live far away. And now they're not letting me cancel, and they're trying to sneakily take money from my bank account with bogus charges. It's a complete scam, I tell ya!

I got in touch with the Criminal Injuries Helpline recently for some legal advice, but honestly, I was really let down by the whole experience. The person I spoke to couldn't give me the right info about my past criminal charges and just told me to go get a copy of my convictions from the police station, which seemed like a bit of a hassle for no reason. On top of that, they were pretty rude and kept interrupting me, even when I asked them to listen. It's just not right for them to show such a lack of respect and understanding, especially when dealing with calls about sensitive stuff like this. These kind of organisations should treat everyone with fairness and compassion, especially those who might have been through some tough times.
