Faulty item, no response
I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I bought something that turned out to be faulty and when I tried to return it, I got nowhere. Their customer service was non-existent - no response, no refund. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Rip-off auto renew
The website was alright, had some fake profiles but a few real ones. Just be cautious of the auto-renewal scam! They say they don't store your card details, but it's actually their sneaky third-party payment handler that does the dirty work. The auto-renew option is sly and there's no clear warning in your account when you're signed up for it. So, be careful!
