    Lost Parcel

    Posted a 12Kg parcel - 5 day delivery - never arrived - covered by insurance - sent required documents to prove it never arrived(?) - chased - chased again - chased again(!) - useless call centre / chat - OFFERED TO REBOOK THE DELIVERY! - spoke to claims - ADVISED NOTHING THEY COULD DO AS WITH MANAGEMENT - awaiting call back - NOW 2 MONTHS SINCE ORIGINAL PARCEL WAS POSTED - NOW 1 MONTH SINCE LOST CLAIM WAS PROCESSED - now awaiting some pathetic foreigner to ask another dumb question, like 'would you like me to rebook it' (even though it is confirmed lost and there is nothing to rebook). Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else see the problem here?
    Perhaps just confirm its lost, admit to being useless, and pay the insurance? That's 1 management day - then they could have the rest of the month or two off.
    Here's another joke - 'how many P2G managers does it take to establish that they have dropped a bollock and are unable to solve the issue?

    I sent a parcel P2G74553308 over a month ago, they claimed they couldn't find the address, a quick google showed the address as valid, apparently the parcel was then returned, after losing it a few times, there has been no update on the site for 11 days, I contacted their customer service (which is quite a joke) AGAIN, about that I have not my parcel back, reply "It is being returned" I asked when and where on earth is it, why is there no update, reply "It hasn't been returned to you" - oh the genius of that. So apparently for close to 2 weeks the parcel has been found but doesn't move, but it isn't lost and they don't know where it is or when I might get it back.
    I left a review on Trustpilot, gave the parcel number, they then pestered me with a ton of questions, stuff they should know, regarding the number, my email, then more pointless questions just stalling for time, then reported the review as false (I did send Trustpilot the proof of purchase but since Parcel2Go pays them, not sure if that matters) and apparently that stops you from reviewing them in the future. What an upright and honest company, so as long as they claim your parcel isn't lost, despite the fact that it hasn't been delivered to the address or back to you (again they didn't even make a delivery attempt), you can't claim (so no point in insuring it if they won't let you claim) - they have no problem charging for a service they do not plan to deliver.

    Fastway

    DON'T USED THIS SERVICE
    Order a few different time. Fastway was to pick it up. No one came.
    Got onto Fastway they said they no nothing about it.
    Tock for a week to pick it up.
    Parcel to go wouldn't reply to any messages.
    They never answer the phone.

    I have the same issue. Even tho I provided all information they just post automated replays when it’s clear that they haven’t delivered nor made a payment of a refund for the parcel which I put guarantee on top of the price ...

    24hour delivery

    Item picked up and then lost. Constant delaying tactics and after 2 months still no answer. Just watched documentary on this very subject and now believe this criminal website has sold my parcel. Now lost £120 value of item plus additional £ 22 for lost and " insurance " Don't use stop giving crime more money!

    Don't book “Delivery Guarantee” – it's counterproductive!
    I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for “Delivery Guarantee.” Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: “The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected.” This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed — which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee!
    * “If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date.”

    Took payment with no confirmation email

    No confirmation email! They took my payment and didn't send a confirmation email. Rubbish. Stay away! You'll have to deal with bots and generic customer help questions which lead nowhere!

    Parcel not collected 3 days in a row. Money charged then explanation is OUR SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Is that a f....ing joke or what??? No any contact option just chat. Looks like this is fraud company, money laundry business. They feel unpunished as well as they have no any respect to customers. Do not count you will get here any comments or explanations - they are just rude cheaters.

    International courier

    I have sent my parcel by DPD through parcel to go but I got it back instead of delivering in india contacted to dpd they said they requested invoice to parcel to go but nobody contacted me for it.this was my first try with you guys and seems to be last.please check if you can do something ref no 15508002457891

    It's been now nearly a month since I sent a parcel with this dodgy website.
    I thought there is no worse customer service and support than Parcel Monkey, but here you go.
    Tracking stopped the next day after I dropped my parcel to a drop point and no money, no info, no refund, no compensation, NOTHING.
    a month??? seriously, in XXI century after a month they are unable to chase B2C courier to get info about the parcel has been "lost"?
    Couriers know exactly what parcels they can "lose" seeing code P2G.
    I'm going to sue this company. Point 8. of their terms and conditions.

    Collection of a purchase

    Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area.
    Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing.
    Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected!
    A few days later it showed as being in my local despatch centre. Also spoke to p2g who confirmed this. A few days later it was delivered to the seller again.
    She gave up and refunded me. So the £100 speaker I bagged for £23 was lost.
    Bearing in mind I was working from home and was in the house all day every day we know they didn't try to deliver.
    Emailed. Complained. By the time we figured out that the P2G hadn't logged it as a claim for a refund they said the 28 day deadline for the reclaim had passed.
    Unbelievably incompetent.
    If they respond with an excuse I am happy to post all of the screenshots emails and chat transcripts.
    Zero stars or negatives unfortunately not possible.
    Let's see if this review is flagged for review by them... they don't want the truth to come out.

    ordered the item to be collected this never happened spoke to someone on webchat and got next to no help.. just told that none of the services were guaranteed.. could not offer anything to help the situation caused by them... absolutely terrible way of running a company and awful customer service! Would never use again

    Appalling service

    Used Parcel2go for a number of shipments and the service has been pretty bad. First lot collected with no problems but by a random guy that turned up at 6:35pm one of the parcels was delivered looking like it had been played football with and the claim was rejected as they claimed the contents were a category they didn't cover even though they weren't. Second lot supposed were attempted to be collected at 7pm the following week no knock at the door or card left saying a collection was attempted so had to take them to a drop off location myself. No way of contacting them other than on their life chat and i'm currently 34th in the queue

    Parcel delivery in one peice!

    Used this company for years as it was easy but everytime there is a lost parcel or damage they make it as hard as possible to claim if you can actually get hold of them.
    Sent a parcel and they smashed it in half. A Karcher carpet cleaner how hard is it to do that! Offer the £200 compensation but not the £19 I paid for the privilege! Use a company that values customer loyalty!

    Delivery Service

    I ordered something and the sender, unfortunately, chose P2G.

    They haven't updated the tracking for more than a day. I had to leave them a bad review on a different review site in order to tell me that they have updated the external tracking ( no care to tell me) and that I should check with Hermes. Needless to say, the external tracking doesnt work.

    I will never, ever, use them again

    Courier for a TV

    have used parcel2go several times and on most occasions I have not had any issues.
    However, I was extremely disappointed at their lack of interest when one of my items went 'missing'... (probably stolen) in transit. It took about a month for them to conclude that they won't be able to get it back, and had a gap of around 2 weeks where they did nothing.
    I feel let down by them and feel that if they had acted earlier and took my claim more seriously, perhaps my item could have been found.
    I have not received any details as yet on whether they have tracked every single point where my item was handled as I am strongly convinced that it was stolen by a courier

    They said that they would have refunded me if I had insurance, so blamed me for not having took out insurance when the item would not have been covered anyway???

    Utterly disappointed and I have now switched to a different parcel company.

    what a rubbish company ---- booked parcel for next day delivery - the did not collect in time --- my client cancelled the order, as it would not arrive in time

    Tried to claim on the £20 insurance that is supposed to be included in your cost - you try to claim it ---- it's a nightmare - they ask you for proof of non delivery (they are the delivery company), proof of value, etc ...... gave up in the end as they do not want to part with the cash

    Parcel Delivery Service

    This is now my second review for the same thing. I posted a parcel with parcel2go on 22nd April it is now 4th June. The parcel is lost, i have cover for £20 on the parcel, i have opened three cases for a lost parcel and the first one was closed 4 weeks ago saying the parcel had been found then i waited and nothing arrived, i then tried to open another lost parcel case to be told i wasn't aloud, i then went onto live chat and they said they had reopened it for me to which i never had any conformation, so i left it a few days and went back on live chat to be told the agent hadn't opened the case like they said they would so that agent reopened it for me and now just keep telling me to wait. I feel 6 weeks and 1 day is plenty of time to wait! I have just been on live chat to discuss this and was again told to wait and then parcel2go ended the chat before i had chance to reply. I am livid as there is no other way i can contact them and no other way to complain. MY PARCEL IS LOST! REFUND ME THE DELIVERY COST AND THE COST OF THE ITEM IN THE PARCEL. YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED YOUR SIDE OF THE DELIVERY AGREEMENT.

    I WILL CARRY ON WRITING THESE REVIEWS UNTIL SOMEONE EMAILS ME TO SORT THIS OUT!!!
