I went ahead and booked a storage space for my suitcases, but when I arrived at the location, the person on duty seemed completely clueless about Radical Storage. They didn't have a clue what I was on about! I felt really baffled and as if I was potentially being scammed. I attempted to reach out to them for assistance, but I still haven't heard anything back. All I want is for my suitcases to be kept safe and secure!
Storing luggage
I managed to find the luggage storage spot thanks to a taxi driver who directed me to a tobacco shop where it was hidden. The signposting was poor and I struggled to locate it at first. However, once inside, the service was fast and efficient, although the lack of clear directions was really annoying.
Convenient storage, clear instructions
I thought the storage service was pretty handy and convenient overall. The only problem I had was with the instructions not being very clear. At first, I thought it was a proper storage unit, not just a drop off at a business front desk. So, I ended up getting a bit lost at the station, looking for the storage area. But, when I saw the partner business name along with the storage service, then it all made sense.

I easily found where to store our luggage and booking online was really straightforward. It was great to be able to leave our bags there, it definitely made our day a lot more relaxed. The staff were fast and really nice, which was a bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luggage storage.

We managed to drop off our bags in no time, so we could enjoy exploring the city without all that extra weight. All in all, a fantastic experience.
