I recently bought a phone from this company and it was super easy. Setting it up was a piece of cake and I would definitely suggest their service to other people. My phone came on time and when I asked to change my payment date, they did it without any fuss. The customer service team was really good and helped me along the way, which made my experience a good one.
Overpriced and bad service
I bought something really expensive from them and it turned out to be rubbish. The insurance they offered was a rip-off, wanting loads of money if you missed a payment. I requested to change my email but they still managed to get it wrong. They even threatened to switch off my things without any warning. And now they're asking for even more money, despite the fact that I've already paid them loads!
