Smartphone purchase
I found the ordering process really smooth and efficient. I had a budget in mind and managed to find a smartphone that ticked all my boxes. I was happy to see that everything went smoothly with no problems, just positive experiences from start to finish.
Bad credit options, grateful, PS5
At first, I was worried that my poor credit rating might stop me from getting a PS5. But the folks at Raylo were really helpful and gave me other ways to buy the new console. I'm so thankful for their help and I promise to look after my PS5. Thanks a lot, Raylo.
Ps5 slim

Phone lease with monthly payment
Oh my goodness, I've found this amazing company where you can rent a phone instead of purchasing it upfront! You simply make monthly payments and have the option to switch phones whenever you feel like it. I received my iPhone 15 the very next day along with a complimentary case and screen protector. I decided to also get the insurance since it was incredibly affordable and definitely a good idea in case anything happens to my phone. Huge shoutout to Raylo for making the ordering and entire process fast and hassle-free!
Phone purchase disappointment
I ordered a phone in a particular colour and was told it would arrive quickly, but then got an email saying it was out of stock and I had to take a different colour instead. The phone was supposed to be in excellent refurbished condition, but the back panel had been badly replaced with a small hole near the camera lens that made it not waterproof. On top of that, it didn't have the Magsafe feature as promised and the power button was faulty, always setting off Siri by mistake.
Lease ended, payment issue, poor customer service, poor iPhone experience
My experience with Raylo was really disappointing. When my lease was up, they told me to pay the last amount by invoice instead of Direct Debit. I did this right away, but then got an email three days later saying I hadn't paid and had to pay extra for being late. I showed them all my payment proof for the whole 12 months, but I still haven't heard back from customer service. Dealing with this has been so annoying and it's taking up a lot of my time. I feel really disappointed in the company.
New tech without long credit agreements

Late refund
Although Raylo is usually quick to charge fees, they have failed to refund my double payment within the promised time frame of 3-5 days. It's been over 6 weeks since the incident in April, and I still haven't received anything. It looks like they don't stick to their own refund policies, which is frustrating because they're usually very prompt in other situations.

Late payment issue
I had a really bad time with this company. I had some finance issues and missed a payment, so I set up a promise to pay. But then the company hit me with a crazy £19 missed payment fee. I tried to set up the promise to pay again, but when the payment date passed, they threatened me with legal action and added two more missed payment fees. They also cancelled my direct debit without telling me, so I was left clueless about the automatic payment. The way they handled things was just bad. I'd tell anyone to steer clear of this company.
Smartphone Upgrade
I recently got a new smartphone from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. It was quick and easy, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The only problem I had was with the delivery. DPD said we weren't home during the delivery time, which wasn't true. But the package did eventually arrive the next day, although it went to the wrong address. Luckily, I managed to catch the driver before he left. It wasn't the company's fault, but despite that, I'm happy with my purchase overall.
