Household bill and shopping card
The card this company gives us is great for paying our bills and shopping, but I struggled a bit with the app's menu, especially when using multiple cards. It would really help if they made the menu easier to use for a better experience. Even though the customer service was good, the app menu could do with some tweaking to make it simpler and more user-friendly.
Currency exchange
I was pretty impressed with how quickly and effectively my issue was sorted out. I would have preferred to have a chat on the phone, but it wasn't possible - I had to use email or live chat with the support team. Even so, my problem got fixed in the end. Although, there was a bit of annoyance with the app itself. The app froze when I was waiting for a response in the live chat. And when I tried to get back in, it didn't work. That was a let-down and something that needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
Using FairFX
I had a go with FairFX and it was a total nightmare! I just couldn't get money from my family and mates, it was as if they were hanging onto it like PayPal does. It was so annoying, I wouldn't even bother trying to open an account.
Sorting out my problems
Today has been a bit of a nightmare for me, but Leigh came to the rescue and sorted everything out. I was so lost at the beginning, but he guided me through it all and now everything is sorted. Leigh's help was amazing and I'm now feeling really pleased with how things have turned out. Thank you so much Leigh, you're a star!
Outstanding customer service
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Hollie W from customer service. She really went above and beyond to help me out with an issue I was having with my purchase. Hollie was super helpful and made sure everything was sorted out to my satisfaction. I just can't thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication to getting my problem fixed.
Currency exchange query
The customer service I got was just terrible. I just had a basic question about exchanging currency and the person helping me not only didn't actually answer my question, but also just passed me on to someone else before ending the chat abruptly. Even though they said they could reply within an hour, they got all antsy if I took a bit longer to reply. It's not on to treat customers like that, completely unacceptable. I'm so annoyed and unhappy with the whole thing now.
Great Card
I've got this brilliant card that lets me spend money in different countries without any hassle. I've had it for ages and it's always been really useful. I even used it to pay for my medical bills when I was on a cruise, but they charged me twice by mistake. Luckily, this lovely lady called Katie sorted it all out really quickly and made everything right again. I'm definitely going to keep using this card whenever I go on holiday - it's the best!
Transfer funds assistance
I struggled to put money onto my card and couldn't reach the Live Chat. I ended up leaving a voicemail, and Katie from customer service gave me a call. She was so patient and friendly, guiding me through the whole process of getting funds onto my card just before my trip to France.
Cashpoint mistake
I made a bit of a rookie error and accidentally used my old card at the cash machine, which then got swallowed up. It took me a while to realise what had happened, so I decided to get in touch with the customer service team at FairFX to let them know about the situation. They were really quick to respond and as a security measure, they blocked my account. Once I managed to get hold of my new card, they walked me through the steps to reactivate my account and link my new card, and it was all done without any problems at all.
Issue when abroad
Katie from the company was absolutely brilliant. She really helped us out when we couldn't get into our account while we were away on holiday. Thanks to her speedy help, we were able to relax and enjoy our time off. We can't thank her enough for all her support.
Positive live chat experience
I had a really good experience with the customer service team using live chat recently. Leigh was really helpful in sorting out my questions quickly and effectively. But, I did come across some limits within the system during our chat, which was a bit frustrating. This doesn't take away from how great Leigh was in helping me out with my queries.
Transfer mishap
I just realised I made a mistake and transferred money to the wrong account on FairFX. I panicked when the funds didn't show up. I got in touch with customer service and a lovely lady called Danielle Hill-Pickett helped me out super quickly. She fixed the problem within an hour. Absolutely brilliant service - she saved the day!
Issue resolution and customer service
The customer service I got was absolutely brilliant. At first, I struggled a bit with the chat function, but when I asked for a call back, I was really happy to get a call from Katie, one of the reps, in just two hours. Katie knew her stuff and was a massive help in sorting out the mistake I'd made with my transaction. She quickly cancelled the transaction and gave me clear guidance on what to do next. I was really pleased with how things went and would definitely suggest asking for a call back if you run into any problems.
Currency order query
I recently got in touch with customer service about a mistake I made when ordering currency, and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted it out. I emailed them to cancel one of my orders because I was worried about being charged twice, and they took care of it in no time. Big thanks to Hollie W for her excellent help. I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and have always been happy with their great rates. I don't see any need to go anywhere else for my currency needs.
Sorted out my problem quickly
This place is absolutely incredible! I had an issue, but the staff sorted it out really quickly. Zoe D was incredibly helpful and got back to me the same day after our online chat. They even sent me instructions by email and explained over the phone as well. It was really impressive!

After I raised the problem, I got it sorted out not in three days, but the very next day, even on a weekend. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the service was. My card is now on its way to me, and I'm really pleased with the level of service I received.

Robyn was a great help in sorting out my lost card situation. She got back to me quickly and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do. I managed to follow her guidance without any hassle and I got my card back. I really appreciate her help and professionalism.
Quick currency exchange
I ordered my currency exchange online and it all went pretty smoothly. But you know what really impressed me? The customer service. They were so helpful and easy to talk to, which really made the whole thing a lot better. I was really impressed with how friendly and willing they were to answer all my questions.

Well I am your regular customer for just few destinations. But overall I have never been any issue during past 3years.
My suggestion is you should give some extra benifit to those who are using your exchange services for more then 24 or 36 months ..Or a slab can be added where large users can avail some additional monetary benifit.
