car parts
ordered couple of times from them...it os ok,but the last 3 orders they didn't fit to my car. never order again
Vauxhall Turbocharger
I have bought thus part about one year ago. It broke and tried to use the warranty. Pffff. No way with this guys. I have over a month since i am exchanging e-mail with no luck. Worse customer service ever.

Brake disks and pads
This is a statement of facts:
Ordered on 16 Oct. on the 26th I inquired as to why they hadn’t arrive. On the 28th I was sent an email announcing the great news!
My order was now dispatched. No explanation or apology.
I received the ... half order on the 2nd of November!
Having reported the shortfall immediately I am now awaiting fir the rest of my order.
Positive points.
Amazing availability and choice of aftermarket parts. Great website with tremendous ease of ordering. Comprehensive description and referencing tostop you from ordering inadvertently the wrong part. And last but not least, fantastic value for money.
It’s such a putty that the warehousing, order dispatching and delivery options Suck !

I would have better luck ordering a voodoo doll from Uganda to deliver it to my riverboat in Bangladesh!three orders
They have great prices and provide a decent assistance in choosing the right part for your car. However it appears they have no control over the delay with which your parts will be shipped, and even if your order has already accumulated a 2 weeks delay because of availability of the parts, still they cannot prioritise it in their shipping queue so I have to wait a few days longer. I had since the begining asked to ship it in two batches (at my expenses), first the available parts, but they never came back to me on that request. Previous orders (which were much less urgent to me) arrived in ca. 1 week delay, which was acceptable.
Various and up till now good but!
My latest order which I made 9 days ago has been marked up as ready for collection by curriers for 6 days each time I contact autodoc I get a generic apologies but still the parts I paid for are still not here and are still marked as waiting for collection by courier
Abs sensor
Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them.
I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance.
I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part.
It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask.

Autodoc teamOrdered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Hope they see this.

The only update I got was on the 30/01/2021 from GLS delivery saying it was still in transit and after speaking to autodoc 4 days in a row I get the same response that they send a email to GLS and find the solution and after finding out GLS should reply in 1-2 days so noone is giving me any update whatsoever I find this all disgusting as despite the new Brexit rules etc I am still in limbo and out of pocket and autodoc are still saying they are going to make me wait on a refund to hear from GLS about my order being lost this is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional I will not be using them again and they have no interest in updating me regarding my part nor the refundWas going to order some new Brembo brakes for my F31 Bimmer 330d from AUTODOC until I read the reviews. I will be using Euro Car Parts instead.
Wiper motor
Used autodoc for the last two years and had a wiper motor stop working on me. They refuse to honour the warranty unless the part was fitted by a qualified mechanic. Why then offered videos on how to repair cars to the DIY mechanic? What a total waste of time and I have taken my business elsewhere. DISGUSTING!
Turbo cartridge
Part ended up not working. Got reimbursement for that.
When it came to claiming the labour I have had to jump through tons of hoops designed to discourage me from pursuing the claim.
They are a horrible company to deal with.

I ordered my parts before looking at the reviews on trust pilot.
I had prior knowledge that the company was German based,
On this assumption I expected a quality component good packaging for shipment and was prepared to wait a few extra days for delivery.
On receiving the shipment I did notice a lot of rattling coming from the parcel,
I pointed this out to courier who inspected the package he replied stating the parcel itself was undamaged and whole.
The problem was the parcel was not securely wrapped inside.
On opening the parcel I was met with a plastic wrapping covered in grease and components all disassembled.
6 x 12 mm Ball bearings 1 x Ball Race Ring 1 x Cover.
This was a drive shaft supposedly ready to fit to a vehicle.
Now came the tricky bit I have to first clean the drive shaft, reassemble the parts supply my own grease and refit the end cap.
What if I was unable to tackle this task.
Other parts I ordered with the component were also covered in grease and had to be thoroughly cleaned.wing mirror
1- I wanted to add to an order within 30 mins. of sending the first. As I couldn't amend it myself, I emailed them to ask how to add the extra item. They only responded after they had dispatched the first order so I had to pay delivery charges on the additional item. Their responses generally are very slow as is their delivery.
2- I entered my car registration number in order to be assured of getting the right part. The wing mirror arrived but was for an earlier model of car and wouldn't fit mine. They would not refund the return charges even though they had made the error. They put all the responsibility on me telling me I should have checked the OEM!! The mirror cost around £10 - so not worth the return delivery charge, and the Covid risk to go to the Post Office. I went to Wing Mirrors in the end and got great service and the right part.Brake discs
Delivery didn’t take long however input my reg and my car came up obviously I ordered the brake discs based of my car details it comes up on the suitable vehicles however it is too small for my car which hasn’t been discovered until it caused my brake pad to crumble due to it wearing out the brake pad and leaving a lip at the top. My brake pad fell out while I was driving. No resolution offered when contacted.
Arnott air springs for Mercedes E 320
Parts were a little cheaper. One front strut developed a problem after 2000 miles. Barrier after barrier is put in front of me. Clearly they do not intend to replace the part even though it is faulty. I wonder what Arnott would think. I would not buy anything from these people. Customer service is non existent, I have never experienced such poor customer care ....Ever.

I have used Autodoc on a few occasions, the prices and quality of parts are very competitive and high standards, which draws me to them. However there automated web chat is 0 to average, feels like you talking to a computer with limited responses. They promise a lot but deliver very little on the customer service front in answering queries. I have placed an order on the 22nd of June and now 13th July I am no better off. The status shows awaiting collection from currier for over a week. There commitment to service is close to nothing. I really don't understand how they see waiting for parts for almost 3 weeks is NOT acceptable. If they carry on with this and not to mention charge for delivery and not deliver on time, im afraid to say goodbye Autodoc as I think I will be using another supplier. The price may be a little more but the delivery is on time

Brake Disks, Callipers and Pads set
Took a while to arrive, but the boxes had obviously been dropped ad they were badly dented and ripped. Luckily the brake disks and callipers appear to have survived the journey OK. However half the disk pads were damaged and are unusable. This is probably as a result of being packaged loose with the disks. I have contacted Autodoc twice now , both by email and via their website, and sent them photos but I have had no response. I can't even start the job while I am waiting as I don't even have a serviceable axle set of pads.

From order it takes too long leave the business. 4 days still not shipped. Would not use them again if part is needed ASAP

items didn't ship for 9 days then a further 3 weeks in transit. I refused delivery as had bought elsewhere (due to siezed caliper) now al further 4 weeks still no refund. I raised a PayPal complaint which they asked me to close. Its not a uk company I could never recommend this company on my experience.
