Engine oil filtres
I am very disappointed with the company ... because I received cheaper products than the ones I ordered. And the biggest shock was that ... allows itself to make changes in the order made by me, and this is not the first time when something like this happens.
I recommend to everyone who uses ... to take a photo of the order you made so that you can prove that ... MODIFIED your order without your consent.9 items of Citroen C3 Parts
Ordered 9 items, all quoted as ex-stock, its 5-days now and tracking shows they have not even left their warehouse and I have no idea when I might get the parts. It is also very difficult to chase your order, no clear and obvious link to find out what is happening, right down the bottom of the web page, is the "Contact Us", but they have not replied anyway, clearly a big mistake giving them a try.
AutoDoc have replied on Trustpilot, so I hope people take note if they need parts quickly, their BEST order to delivery time is 5 to 8 working days, so delivery is a minimum of 1 week after placing your order, but more likely two weeks if you take EVRI into consideration.
Update: 27th July Its now 1 week with no movement on the tracking for Consignment H0232A0006507227 just sits on tracking with "We're Expecting it" 07:39am - Fri 21 July. It is now 27th July, 7-days with no change in status. AUTODOC claim its shipped, EVRI say they have not been given it yet as it is not ready to ship.Brake caliper Mtg
I woul never use this company ever again. After requesting refund due to incorrect part twice! They then and only then request tracking number! Which is not mentioneda ta ll. Then they deny recieving the 1st part even though customer service ackowleged receipt! I am still waiting refund on 1 item after 9 weeks.. Totall ... Wrong parts and difficult to return
car parts
I had 2 years of good service with most items being delivered by DHL, as advertised on their website... until this month when they decided to use Evri and everything went sour.
Autodoc split the order in two packages sent at the same time with different tracking numbers. The delivery address is a hotel that is open 24/7.
The first package was received on saturday with no issues, but with the second (and much heavier) one Evri failed to deliver 3 times in a row claiming that either i wasn't in, no safe place to leave the pack and that the business was closed. All lies. Evri has an awful support service and you cant speak to a person, just a chatbot.
I asked Autodoc to step in for support but they have been very unhelpful and simply repeat the information given by the Evri tracking info. They won't allow me to cancel the order at this stage, but they want me to reject the package... but it never gets delivered in first place!
These are urgent parts that I need and now I have to scramble to find replacements at last minute and at a much higher cost.
I have started a dispute on paypal to stop further payments and will never use autodoc ever again.Car Part Received Damaged
Avoid this so called supplier like the plague.
Autodoc delivered an engine gasket folded in half which had split rendering unusable. Contacted Autodoc for resolution but got fobbed off with a rediculous time wasting runaround.Parts
I have used Autodoc for years now. They are particularly good if you own a German car as they are based in Germany, so have a wide choice of aftermarket manufacturers who offer OE equivalent parts. They are massively cheaper than going to a dealer here in the UK, almost 50% cheaper in a lot of cases. The only caveat is they take a long time for deliveries. Expect at least a week minimum for anything you order from them as it has to go through customs before reaching the UK. Also double and triple check the part numbers before you order as their website doesn`t always get it right.
Shop elsewhere
Autodoc's customer service is tedious and infuriating. It took MONTHS to sort out my return of a defective item. You can expect a lot of waiting for updates and repeating information you’ve already given, whilst being left out-of-pocket the entire time. I don’t recommend purchasing their £3.95 ‘Safe Order’, especially since most other stores offer that as standard policy. It’s completely useless, non-refundable and doesn’t guarantee better service times.
Despite mailing back the defective item for a refund, Autodoc spent weeks denying they’d received it. I strongly advise documenting everything, from tracked postage to taking photos of the parcel, shipping label and proof of postage. In the end, I only got my money back by filing a chargeback with mountains of evidence to support me.
It is not clear enough that Autodoc are based in Germany, especially since most of their websites use .co.uk domains. These sites include 123spareparts.co.uk, autopartspro.co.uk, bestpartstore.co.uk, buycarparts.co.uk, euspares.co.uk, onlinecarparts.co.uk. This review applies to all these sites, seeing as they’re the same company under different names.
In many aspects, it may seem like Autodoc has great prices but customers tend to be left worse off when things go awry. The time, hassle and stress is not worth the amount of money you think you’ll save.Ignore the 'Yes' in the rating sidebar. I absolutely WOULD NOT buy here again, and I don't recommend this business to anyone.
ALFA ROMEO PARTS
Firstly I should state we are a commercial workshop, as such we deal with many suppliers, but this is a one off supplier for us. The parts prices may well be fair, the delivery service is once you understand it comes from Germany, a reasonable time (in our case 9 clear working days), however, one part was wrong, the next part had items missing from it, these had fallen out from the packaging before being shipped. We politely pointed this out to them, they came back with needing pictures, which we gladly sent, that then got a reply that said they wanted pictures of the missing parts......not sure how you send someone pictures of missing parts. Now as a commercial garage we have to dispose of all the packaging otherwise we would be drowning in it, next they want pictures of the box it arrived in, so we sent this as well, and this is despite the fact that we had sent pictures of the packaging the part arrived in which shows that the part itself will obviously puncture the bag, hence why the other parts that SHOULD be inside had fallen out. None of this was enough for them. The one part that was wrong was a serpentine drive belt, we decided we could not be asked to send it back to get a refund, so we just said to forget that part, we will get it from one of our other local suppliers, so all we were asking for was the missing parts. So perhaps they may be a good price, but when things go wrong (and they do) when the supplier cannot be asked to do the correct thing, what is the point in dealing with them. We tried them and we learnt that they just are not that good when its not going well. If you cannot accept as a supplier that some things do go wrong, just do not make it your customers problem and put so many obstacles in their way so you as the supplier have to do nothing about it. Sorry AUTODOC, not a good service at all.
Clutch kit and flywheel
Two separate orders. The SACHS (German manufacture)parts are not compatible for Ford and the clutch is not matching the flywheel.When i asked for return they mislead me to send them pictures and WIN number just to stall the return. And more pictures and videos. Then they accused me of mixing the parts together and traces of installing. The box was patched with clear tape on delivery. The app is not working when you try to return. They are not complying with return policy I’ve been defrauded of 380£. Avoid!!!

Got intouch with Autodoc after purchasing the above item. I was originally told i could return FOC as the insurance taken out. I have been intouch since the 25/09/2021. having sent all paperwork. by return email. also having sent a request for what further information is required. I still keep getting reminders both email and automated phone call. Service is atrocious.Two Hilux Headlights

Trw front discs and pads
I ordered these without realising that they ship from Germany. Shocked when they arrived within a week. Decent branded parts at about £40 less than euro car parts own branded eicher pads and discs. More than happy with my purchase
Car spares
Be very careful of this company, purchased parts for my car, they came incorrect, I arranged to send them back (at my cost) that was about 5 weeks ago. It turns out the parcel is stuck at UPS because Autodoc won't fill in the standard paperwork. this is an ongoing issue. Please share and be careful.
Headlight
Hi! I gave an order an then told them to cancel it. The item was not even shipped , so i contacted them to make sure they don’t ship this way we can avoid the waste of money. It’s been a month now and my 102£ is still “flowing” . I SERIOUSLY THINK TO STOP ORDERING .

Do not order thinking that the parts you will get from the licence plate search; which show nice and green as compatible will be compatible...
They refer you to the tiny text on the bottom of that page after all the nice green "this part fits your car - go and order" message!!!
It says you need to find out the original part OEM number... the WHAT???
After all the green? "****** ******" comes to mind :)
Also watch out because the site is translated... so its not necessarily in your country... The returns would have to be sent, in my case to Germany at MY expence even though it is 100% the website design and communication that is the problem.
Also the website i ordered from was Autodoc.co.no
The chat message transcript email came from autodeler.co.no and i replied and NO answer... I replied within the 14 day return period...
Anyway you get the idea...
Do not use this or similar sites...
Go to your local shop and get the product! You wont regret it...

Very very pleased I received the part which was not available in the UK unless I paid twice the price. If you know exactly what motor vehicle component you require and you are prepared to be patient and wait 7 - 10 days then Autodoc will not be beaten on either price or service. The communication and delivery status notifications are seamless. Highly recommend Autodoc so I will be using them again next time over any factor in the UK or Europe.

Suspension wishbone
Recently brought a front wishbone for a Corsa D. Have to say the wishbone turned up in about a week, was the correct part and a decent make. Criticism would be contacting them was a waste of time and tracking the item proved impossible from my end
