Brake pads for Ford Focus
Order placed 9 days ago. After charging £8 odd for delivery I expected delivery in about 48 hours. Still waiting. Probably run out of hay for the pony! So here it is. If you want something quickly don’t use Auotdoc. If the price is right and you don’t mind waiting for ever then go for it. I don’t think I shall be using them again. I’ve almost lost the will to live!
First time in using, after giving reg number, for a 1.2 Punto, received head gasket for a 2.0 litre Lancia,that was not even imported into the UK. Quite arrogant at first as to the infallibility of their ordering system, but eventually received a refund. Thought I'd try them again for a small sensor as the price seemed good. Still waiting after a week, thought because of the small packet status,that it would at least be sent via airmail. And not by donkey cart via the Alps.

My first and definitely not my last time buying from Autodoc.
Excellent choice of parts. Exactly as described and the parts arrived within a week nicely professionally packed.
The help videos came in very handy.
I purchased from the higher end of the price bracket but was still £300 cheaper than Ford wanted.
The quality is as good if not better than Ford's original parts.
Would strongly recommend.
Also if you use the app to buy you will find an even better price.brakes
i ordered my brakes on 28th April i still have no brakes just a track which is still saying in transit so say, i have contacted many times, i have had one reply, so autodoc i would like a refund please, and so i can buy from somebody else who can deliver, never again, trading standards here i come.

Ordered a fuel sender unit with built in pump for a vw golf,
Great price and service,
Waited a while for it, after 3 weeks of waiting I enquired and reply from autodoc was fast,
They explained due to covid disruptions my part was held at customs,
I could see this on the track my part GLS sight,
Part came after another week and I was happy with it,

I bought 400 Uk Pounds worth parts from Autodoc , through the Topautoosat.fi website.
I had intended to buy another 1000 to 2000 euros worth of parts over the next 6 months from them , as the Fiat Ducato van I must repair has many issues.
The delivery was slow , they lost one box , when that was found they gave it to my next door neighbors child.
Wheel hubs , bearings and hubs were assembled and the Ducato was taken to the workshop to have all these parts fitted.
After a days worth of labor it was discovered that the parts matched by Autodoc were not compatible with my vehicle.
Autodocs part listing , even though it said that the parts were suitable in 2 places , was WRONG.
I emailed Autodoc and while I waited the van was taking up a bar , unmovable at the workshop.
That cost was 70E a day.
Autodoc did not reply for 5 days ! - which is simply pathetic.
I had to get my old parts fitted , at further cost , just so I could get the van out of the workshop.
Then they started the same old Autodoc games of trying to blame me , the customer for their mistakes.
They will say that they are not responsible for the information on their site - this is NOT TRUE - they are !
They will say that I should have provided a VIN number before purchase , this is untrue , as they have the VIN details when you enter your registration number into their site.
They will say that the OEM , OEN and OE number should have been checked by a technician before hand - this is not true.
It is not a condition of purchase that these things are done before hand , , meaning Autodoc is responsible for the errors.
These excuses are to try and convince the customer that they had missed a important step and are responsible for the mistake -- this is UNTRUE.
Autodoc by law , is 100% at fault !!!
If you wish to attempt a refund , they will require that you send the parts back at your own cost ,, back to Germany.
Then when you try to get a refund they will not accept parts that have been fitted and then removed - but then they get to keep the parts.

Autodoc tries real hard to look like a professional company , but you will discover EXACTLY how professional they are , when you have a problem with them.
It is then that you will not be able to discern the difference between Autodoc , and common thieves.

There is NO requirement before purchase to check a OEN number , in fact , OEN numbers do not even exist , but in autodocs limited experience , they do not even know this.
OE and OEM numbers do exist , but are usually unavailable , so the customer must rely on autodocs part matching and application advice , a customer service which autodoc provides.
autodoc is legally obliged to give the customer redress when they are at fault - however autodoc refuses to do this.
autodoc also refuses to participate in the conflict resolution services provided at the EU state and EU level .. read the fine print on their sites and you will see this to be true.
autodoc must give redress when they make a mistake , and they are legally accountable for their factual statements made on their website.
With that being the case , parts matching errors on the autodoc website is the problem of autodoc.
Customers should keep this very firmly in their mind when autodoc tries these lies , and blame the customer.
These autodoc people will try numerous lies and deceptions in order to refuse refund and compensation.
This is a fundamentally disastrous business practice , because in time a large base of disgruntled customers will be formed and their business profits will suffer.
It seems , that autodoc is not even smart enough to understand that - it's a pretty dumb way to run a company.
In my own case , autodoc now refuses to be in contact with me ,, but I knew that this was going to be the outcome right at the start,

Placed an order with Autodoc - they dispatched using GLS and tracked online - but GLS website states that they are missing 'customs data' ive spoken to Autodoc via webchat and email but they appear to be completely unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue. Ive told them to send the missing customs data but they do nothing to sort it out. Im 40 years old and in all my life ive never received such unbelievably bad service!!! Dont bother using Autodoc - they will take your money but not deliver

Be wary if having to return good. Realized in less than 24 hours that I had made a mistake and emailed Autodoc a cancellation notice. Received reply saying couldn't cancel as goods already shipped. TNT tracking data showed the goods had not been collected. Sent this to Autodoc. Got same answer already been shipped. In fact it was another 72 Hours before good were shipped. They had plenty of time to cancel the order. Goods arrived couple days later and in accordance with Autodocs instructions. I refused delivery. After about 5 days I contacted Autodoc to ask when I could expect my refund. They said when they get the goods back then it would take about 5 days to process the refund. I was surprised that they had not received the goods so using the tracking number supplied by TNT I discovered the goods were still in TNT's local depot, 5 days after being refused by me. I asked Autodoc to intervene with TNT to get the goods moving, as they are TNT's customer. This they refused to do. Using the tracking number given I was able to Find out from TNT when they were sending the goods back to Autodoc. They replied being sent within the next few days. They actually were sent the day I made my enquiry and according to the tracking data were delivered to Autodoc 2 days later. When I contacted Autodoc regarding refund they stated that they had not received the goods, clearly not true as I had proof of delivery from TNT. Then despite my many emails it took another 10 days to get my refund. They even at one stage blamed banks for the delay, again not true as the money was in my account the day after Autodoc advised me the refund had been sent. In short there after sales service is abysmal. I got the run around, lied to misinformed and generally treated as if was a nuisance. I suppose when you buy cheap you get a cheap service. Will never buy from these people again.
By the way I am In France, so they can't any make any excuses about delays due to Brexit.
Left side Nissan micra mirror
This company is a cheat. I ordered a mirror for the left hand side of my Nissan micra and once i fitted it the mirror was 1 meter off from the car. This is a huge safety problem and not fit for purpose. I asked for a refund and they refused because i have mounted it. How would anyone know that this product is missold until they mount it on the car. Well they now refuse to refund it. You shouldn't trust these criminals as their products are not fit for purpose and won't give you your money back.
Also their customer services are appalling when they reply as they tell me to do other things/ look at other products rather than resolve my issues. They don't even read my mail.
I advise you to look elsewhere for a reliable company. This one is a cheatDear Chi,
This type of part should be chosen in accordance to OE number, specified by car manufacturer. Please clarify if the part corresponds with original part number.
Before placing an order, you should check the OEN indicated in the description of the item, other wise the part may not fit the car.
Please note, that the installation of incompatible parts may damage other parts. Unfortunately, if the part was mounted we cannot accept it for return.

I HAVE WAITED OVER 6 WEEKS FOR AN ORDER AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, AND THIS COMPANY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY.
I orders an item as it seemed the company was a UK based company and the item was marked as in stock and therefore would be delivered within 5 days.
After about 12 days the tracking number noted it was held in a Wearhouse and it hasn't moved since, 4 weeks on. I have raised the concern with the company and expressed my concerns, and feel that I have been but taken for a fool. I repeatedly asked for a delivery date and they repeatedly refused to give me one. So I have now repeatedly asked for a refund and they repeatedly refused because they are waiting on the delivery companies response, and have been told this could be up to 12 weeks. I have explained this isn't my problem and is completely theirs, and must refund my money by law. They still refuse until the delivery company respond.
I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and resolve the problem.
The time, effort and stress this has caused is unforgivable, so please take my advise and avoid.Dear Mr. Hudson,

I sent my parts back a month ago for the last 3 weeks av been told by people off autodoc that my refund has been issued to my bank and still nothing a month later, the refund procedure is an absolute joke I want my money back ASAP am sick of getting told this and that . I was asked to ring my bank from autpdoc and me bank basically said if we had the refund we would of put it in the account balance, total shambles never send your parts bk because you will not get your money back no phone number to resolve or nothing totally crap

2012 heater blower fan
First time I used autodoc. realised that they had charged me vat. didnt realise that the company was registered with the UK VAT OFFICE this is great. This enables me to buy parts cheap abroad and not be subject to any further border charges that are now being implemented since Brexit. The only problem is they supplied the part which fits a left hand drive. We adapted and got round the issue. But it took 1hr to fit instead of 10 minutes. Please remember
Autodoc we drive L/H drive vehicles. You had the registration number you have no excuse.Brake discs, pads and track rod arms.
Bought items 10/11/20, was told 2 weeks delivery. 17/12/20 was told items arrived. No delivery arrived. 11/02/21 still no items or refund. Terrible service and would not recommend this company. Taking them to small claims court. Do not use. Do not use.
BMW Window Regulator
AVOID.
I bought a window regulator from this company, which turned out to be poorly made and failed immediately it was fitted.
I have made a claim under warranty but their returns/claims process is quite frankly the most obstructive I have ever come across. I had to return the item to Germany at my cost and have now completed 2 returns forms but they continue to ask for more irrelevant details, seemingly as a way of avoiding actually processing the claim.Car parts - major service and wheel bearings
I have ordered from AUTODOC several times as they are the only company who stocks specific parts for my camper van all in one place (1995 Renault trafic 2.2 on a crossover year) aside from standard service parts.
AUTODOC have been UNHELPFUL and are refusing to accept any responsibility, when dealing with my query regarding a faulty part, stating I have ordered the wrong parts and whether they are faulty or not that means the issue lies with me.
I am disappointed that when asked they are providing me with no options of resolution even with black and white picture evidence.

The first and second time I ordered from Autodoc was fine, I got lucky it seems, it was the third time when I recieved the wrong parts that I learnt about their customer service abilities; it's like their team is all truant fourteen year olds; no respect, no competence, very much a "computer says no" attitude. Two months after recieving the wrong parts the wrong refund value was eventually sent; a little too much if they still intend to send me the outstanding part i still need, too little if it was intended as a full refund; at present I still dont have a straight answer which it it, so I'm in limbo, should i order it elsewhere? I don't know... I've never written an online review before, if it's good who would bother? It's why i think reviews can give an unfair picture, and if it goes bad I understand mistakes happen, normally people sort it out asap, however in this case I've been treated like I dont matter in the slightest, and so I'd like to protect you, the reader, from making the same mistake. Completely avoid Autodoc and any other website which is also them; you can tell if the website layout is very similar and the parts cost the same, but certainly includes onlinecarparts.co.uk, and buycarparts.co.uk

Ordered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Delivery is a major part of a good shopping experience or a bad one. Will not use again until they change couriers. Hope they see this.
