Ik heb onlangs 3 coupons via Groupon gekocht en wilde 3 identieke fotoboeken. Helaas moet je dan 3 aparte bestellingen doen. Echter tijdens de betaling liep alles vast. Ik heb toen opnieuw betaald maar weer liep het vast.
Uiteindelijk was er 3 x betaald voor 1 boek.
Maar Kayla heeft me heel goed geholpen en als het goed is, krijg ik nu 3 identieke boekjes toegestuurd.

Has issue with delivery due to incorrect postcode. I wasn't able to resolve details until contacted customer support via online chat who confirmed will change details with courier to get delivery made.

I have used Printerpix for photo books on a numerous occasions. The quality of the books are fantastic, and delivery is always fast. If I've ever had to deal with customer service, they have been exceptional. Very friendly, courteous and polite. In particular, I have dealt with a lady called Kayla, and she was indeed extremely helpful and all the above, to me. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone
