Paint purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my paint order from the website, but I ended up feeling disappointed when I found out they use a delivery service that's known for being unreliable. I was told there were multiple failed attempts to deliver my order, even though that wasn't true. Now, my order is nearly a week late. This whole situation has really shaken my trust in the website, and I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again. It seems like the low prices they offer might be because of the dodgy delivery service they use.
Marker set purchase
The marker set I bought came in good shape and was wrapped nicely. I was pleased with the free gift that came with it, adding more value to my purchase. However, I had some problems with the website when I was ordering. It kept adding a random number to my email address, even though my keys weren't stuck. Also, I noticed that an expensive express delivery option was automatically chosen, when a standard delivery option would have been fine.
