    I think it's really dodgy and not very fair to start up a scheme where you trade in second-hand stuff when people are struggling to afford the basics. It just seems like taking advantage of those who are already in a tough spot. And offering such a low amount for something as valuable as a Gibson Les Paul is just disrespectful. It makes the company look bad in terms of ethics and values, so I'd recommend that people steer clear of getting involved in this kind of thing.

    Quick delivery, well-packed order

    I was really pleased when my order arrived super quickly - it only took one working day. The delivery was done by DPD, and they actually managed to deliver on time this time, which doesn't always happen with them! The packaging was mostly good, although the box for the microphone was a bit squished. Luckily, everything inside was absolutely fine, so I'm not too bothered about that. I was really impressed with the amazing customer service, so I will definitely be coming back to order again in the future.

    I had to return a guitar I bought recently and the customer service was really great. I spoke to a guy called Daniel in customer service who was just brilliant. He was really helpful and made the returns process so easy. They picked up the guitar with a free courier just a day later, and I got my refund in a week.     Resonator guitar

    Bought a resonator guitar paid by credit card guitar arrived but cracks along the side of the neck appeared where the frets go in .phoned gear 4 music they had it picked up today by ups no recipte left for me but have him on door ring camera scanning bar code on box and taking it to his van

    No idea when the new replacement will be sent out .I asked if a new one could be sent out with ups as they pick up the faulty one I was told no

    So now I wait and it looks like it will be next week as its may bank holiday
    Well this was a first buy for me at 70 and will not be buying of this company again ever..
    Just phoned gear 4 music today Friday to see when the new guitar will be sent out told 5 to ten days

    So I said just refund me to my credit card I have had enough of you

    All I got was OK refunded good bye

    And I am a first time customer one bitten twice shy comes to mind..


    Just ordered same guitar but electric acoustic resonator of a company in Kent it cost £5 more but will be here next Tuesday

    Some firms know how to treat customers..
