    Knoxville DIY guitar kit - ash body

    You're buying a box and it is critical that you also seek all other reasonable information from the internet about painting/staining (or whatever) the body and neck and, critically, setting up the strings, neck, saddle/bridge for your own requirements. I had to, for instance, enlarge the nut slots and lower the action at the nut for it to become playable: not difficult if you know what you're doing but
    it is not a "bolt it together and play" toy. I also had to seek other wiring diagrams on the internet as the wire colours were different from the G4M download document!. If you could fault Gear4music it would be that this setting up aspect is glossed over albeit that it is included in the online instructions. Apart from those sensible considerations, they are many reasons to be happy with Gear4music and their service: where else could you go in Europe for all that stuff they efficiently sell.....and I've now got a telecaster lookalike.....maybe one day I'll get a real one.

    Guitar return/refund

    I had to return a guitar I bought recently and the customer service was really great. I spoke to a guy called Daniel in customer service who was just brilliant. He was really helpful and made the returns process so easy. They picked up the guitar with a free courier just a day later, and I got my refund in a week. Daniel was great at keeping me updated and helping me out the whole way through, he's a real star at the company. Even though the issue with the guitar wasn't their fault, the amazing customer service I got has definitely made me think highly of them. I'd definitely shop with them again in the future without any doubts.

    A lot of stuff over time ...

    I've been ordering from G4M over the years, and never ever had any issues with them.
    AS a matter of fact, they are better than most others.

    * They always deliver to my doorstep via DHL. Fast and reliable
    * They always offer free return within 30 days
    * Prices are the best compared to others - 90 % of the time !
    * They offer most main brands in the business

    Btw ...
    I am living in Norway, and the one person that are representing them up here, does a great job. Top service all the way.

    The customer service I got from Gear4music was absolutely fantastic. I had bought a digital piano pedal that didn't quite fit my piano, so I gave their customer service a ring. After just a quick chat on the phone, the person I spoke to not only said sorry for the hassle, but also sorted out a replacement pedal to be sent to me for free with next day delivery.     Quick delivery, well-packed order

    I was really pleased when my order arrived super quickly - it only took one working day. The delivery was done by DPD, and they actually managed to deliver on time this time, which doesn't always happen with them! The packaging was mostly good, although the box for the microphone was a bit squished. Luckily, everything inside was absolutely fine, so I'm not too bothered about that.     I think it's really dodgy and not very fair to start up a scheme where you trade in second-hand stuff when people are struggling to afford the basics. It just seems like taking advantage of those who are already in a tough spot. And offering such a low amount for something as valuable as a Gibson Les Paul is just disrespectful. It makes the company look bad in terms of ethics and values, so I'd recommend that people steer clear of getting involved in this kind of thing.

    Silver guitar and gig bag

    I just got a silver guitar and gig bag from Gear4music and I'm really happy with them. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery at my collection point.     I went to the shops and picked up some bits and bobs. I had a chat with the staff there and they got back to me in no time, super quick! They were really friendly and made me feel good.
