All in all, it was a really bad experience that I think you should steer clear of.

Subscription cancellation struggle
This company has made it really difficult for me to cancel my subscription and close my account. I've tried a bunch of times to reach out through their website and email, but I haven't heard anything back until now when they sent me a letter asking for payment in a different currency. I've shown them proof that I've asked to cancel, but they don't seem to be paying attention or they're just ignoring me. It's so annoying how they're not being clear and upfront with me, and I can't help feeling like they're being unfair to me as a customer.

I popped into this store not too long ago and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of their clothing. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the steep prices, but once I tried a few things on, I was hooked and had to buy a few items. The customer service at both the Vancouver and Honolulu stores was excellent, which is always a bonus for me. However, the shipping fees to Hawaii are sky-high, which is a big downside for me. It's a shame because there are items I really like, but I can't justify the shipping costs. On the bright side, the clothes are well-made and worth the money, in my opinion. I especially like the polos, t-shirts, and hats I got. The only downside is that you have to line dry the clothes, which can be a bit of a pain. All in all, I'm a fan of this brand now and I'll definitely be back for more.

I went and got some fizzy drinks and a bottle of brandy from this place. They all came in glass bottles, so the box ended up being really heavy. Sadly, the box was knocked around during delivery and one of the bottles got broken. Some of the others were leaking a bit too. I took some photos and sent an email, and they replied within a few hours. They apologised and refunded me for the broken bottles, the postage, and even threw in an extra ten pounds. Really pleased with the service, honestly!
