All Inclusive Holiday
The 1st and last time staying at a H10 Hotel, in addition to the 1st and last time booking a holiday with Jet2.
Disappointed doesn’t even come close to how we have been left feeling staying here. The fact we had to move ourselves from this hotel 4 days into a 10-night all-inclusive holiday really does say it all and I wish we had moved sooner… No help from Jet2 I might add, and further cost of £1600 which was the best money I have spent to get out of there. I spent 2 days trying to contact Jet2 to get moved.
This hotel does not deliver as deceptively advertised, is severely overpriced, and not good value for money.
Never have we been to a hotel where the staff are so rude, unhelpful, abrupt, and dismissive with a complete lack of morale.
There is a very evident and clear cultural divide as to the nationalities the staff are willing to help. This was resonated by all staff in the hotel, Reception, Lobby Bar, Restaurant, Poolside, and Pool Café.
Our complaints were completely dismissed by reception staff including Air-conditioning not working and a persistent smell of foul sewage in our room.
Poolside facilities are inadequate for the volume of guests. The hotels no reserve policy for sunbeds wasn’t policed by poolside staff. Beds were being reserved at 06:00/07:00 when the pool opens at 09:00. Most of the beds that were reserved didn’t have bodies on them until late morning/early afternoon. When asking for support in finding some the reply was simply “nothing we can do”.
The resort atmosphere was nothing more joyous of a funeral and the time we were there we tried to stay away from the resort.
The food and service in the main restaurant was abysmal. Completely understaffed, and what can only be described as undercooked slop. We chose to eat away from the resort, it was safer as the night we did eat in the restaurant we ended up unwell.
Upon checking out we were greeted by a gentleman on Reception who we had not met during our stay. He questioned why we were leaving and after we told him the issues we were having, the response in return was a simple shrug of the shoulders and “OK”. Certainly, cemented the fact we made the right decision to move.
This isn’t the worst resort we’ve stayed at, it’s by far the only BAD ONE!
I have been communicating with Jet2 since staying here for this second-rate holiday they sold to me. I have been taken for a ride by them with no support during the holiday, or afterwards whatsoever. According to ‘their’ communication with the hotel, none of the concerns, issues, or complaints I raised during the stay happen and it is acceptable for Jet2 to be uncontactable on their dedicated 24hr helpline during peak periods. Valued customer? Definitely not.
Based on our experience, avoid H10 Playa Esmeralda, avoid Jet2. You will be disappointed.Review about: GS Equestrian

Absolutely shocking service, the worst I have ever had ANYWHERE, placed an order on the 23 November and after chasing AGAIN today AM for the 3rd 4th time to be told goods are in warehouse and being picked, after chasing PM to be told Boots not available AGAIN till next week so as a gesture of good will remaining items will be sent asap. Asap being should of been sent today like I was told for the 3rd time, absolutely shocking service, no communications what so ever. Waiting a reply email now to find out what asap means for regarding items being sent out, and as it’s 5:15 and they are off line now take it I won’t be getting a reply tonight. I had a order delivered from Italy quicker. More reviews to follow next week until this is resolved as this is absolutely shocking service.

I have used Hilton Honors in different locations during business trip and vacation and all the time, I have had good experiences doing business with the company. The last was less than a year ago and I am longing for more. Excellent hospitality services in its entirety. Hotel and vacation services
Having used their services, JS Hotels is a nice hotel to lodge and vacation with. I have used their hotels in two different locations and I don't think I lacked anything I was supped to be provided with. One was for official assignment which I stayed for 4 nights while the other was for vacation at their beach hotel. During the vacation, I literally had everything due me to qualify the stay there as vacation like car rental services, quality room services, fitness and recreational facilities and more. My next vacation will still be with JS Hotels even though in a different location just to try out new place. I recommend JS Hotels for vacation seekers and travelers.

Bought a bottle
Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side.

£95 of meats
Dangerous and unsafe.
I ordered £100 of various meats. The website says that it is safe to send by courier for two days and it will still be frozen upon arrival. It was not. The packing was so poorly done that the box fell apart in transit. The bottom had obviously fallen out/open and only 1/4 of the meats were still frozen. Many were completly deforsted and could have been so for 2 days as the box was open and the contents may have spilled out and not had any ice packs.
There is obviously a very high chance of getting food poisoning from meats that could have been defrosted for two days and it would be dangerous to eat it.
I would strongly advise anyone who does not wish to get sick to order from a farm that at least sends meat in packages stong enough to not fall apart.
If I had read the other reviews complaining about meats arriving defrosted I would not have ordered from them.

Spurious claims that our parcels are larger than we stated when booking - and then they take the additional charges from our card without authorisation. In 11 years of trading as a company this has never happened until we used ParcelHero - we use standard box sizes but they claim they've magically "grown" 2cm in each direction!! Is it fraud or incompetence? Well given their refusal to address the issue or pay any attention to photos of measurements and the standard box sizes, I assume it's deliberate as it would be simple to rectify if they wanted to. AVOID.
This happened to me too. I used a standard sized bike box which appeared to have magically grown during transit. When I refused to pay the extra and sent them details of the bix I used, they took the money from my account anyway

I LOVE luxplus. It’s SPECIFICALLY states that you are charged a subscription fee when you make a purchase. I’ve used it regularly and I think the savings are amazing. There are cheap brands and expensive ones and you get such a good deal. I’ve been happy with every order.
FYI I don’t know how anyone could miss the fact that you pay a subscription.... for all the people moaning. I cancelled due to coronavirus lockdown now I’m not working and I simply emailed them explaining I needed to cancel until I was back working and within minutes they had cancelled and sent me an email to confirm. I have written to the CMA and raised a complaint via gov.uk and completed a 'Report a business behaving unfairly during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak'
I have contacted citizens advice bureau and they responded with the following:
Under the Package Travel (Linked Travel Arrangements) 2018 the trader may have the right to terminate the contract in “Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances”.
You can do this if the circumstances are-
Occurring at the destination OR in its immediate vicinity
AND
Significantly affects package performance OR significantly affects your travel to the destination.
Under these circumstances you can ask for a full refund for the holiday (however you may not be able to pursue for additional compensation). Normally refunds should be provided within 14 days, via the same payment method, however at the moment refunds are taking some traders longer to process and issue.
D2 offered a credit note...we declined.
Both Hotel and Airline stated NO payment has been made to them
So we want our refund.
Illegal to fly, its as simple as that.
Will be taking to court if the case we have raised as a dispute falls through, especially since we have a package holiday.

Holiday to Barbados
May I satrt with saying this was our second holiday booked through Love Holidays, the 1st went very smoothly and we were extremely happy. The 2nd which was to Barbados was booked in January, well before Covid-19 took over the world, we paid our deposit followed by monthly installments. When it came to deciding whether to go or not in these troubled times I looked on thier website for information, it said that they would contact me 10 prioer to travel with an option to travel or not, this they did and we said that we would like to cancel for a full refund, they replied saying we would get a full refung minus our flights which we would get if and once the airline had refunded them, we have now received both refunds well within the timescales that they said and only 17 days after our original departure date. Well done Love Holidays we will have no hesitation in booking with you in the future

Souter Lighthouse cottage stay
setting of lighthouse is beautiful but if you expect a high level of finishing for your stay then beware , you could stay at far higher standards of accommodation for less. Mist furniture was so out of place it looked like the kind of stuff a charity shop would have difficulty selling.
The worst part was getting an admission from local staff that their had been complaints about the standards , only for NT head office to later deny there was any previous complaints.
Of course I’ll stay at other NT propertIes again (but definitely not this one ) and I’ll continue to support the organisation but this experience and terrible Customer Service attitude means I am compelled let others know . Good luck, choose your cottage well, and I just hope you don’t need to complainWe just stayed for a week at one of the Souter Lighthouse cottages, and I wish I'd seen this review first. The cottage was awful - freezing cold, with the heating set so we couldn't turn it up. The people in the next door cottage said they were using the oven to try to heat the place, but we noticed they left early, before the end of the week. I agree about the furniture - a bunch of old junk, way too big for the spaces (and not as shown on the National Trust website). The bathroom is awful, but worst of all was an ungodly stink in the wardrobe in the master bedroom, like something had died in there. We couldn't open the door. The whole place felt filthy. A disgrace to the National Trust.

Despite over ten emails to the company (and responses!), they have refused to refund the second order, and have even Photoshopped a fake screenshot of a supposed PayPal refund transaction and sent it to me. I've had to take this issue of fraud to the police. I'll update here when I have more news.

I specifically asked of this light when mounted on the wall would rotate left and right, and up and down. your customer representative said yes, it rotated left right and up and down.
I confirmed I was not talking about the PIR, I was talking about the light itself. And again your customer representative said yes, the light rotated on last right and up down axis.
So I bought it on this premise.
I opened it today and it does not rotate on left to tight axis, hence its not what I I was told, hence it is not what I ordered, it is not fit for purpose.

Easy to understand and follow the lesson, teacher sounds very engaging and very friendly. The class is broken down into bite sized modules so you're not overwhelmed but there's enough information so you are still learning something each time and building on your knowledge.
It is helpful bt it can be much better.

I am currently taking Diploma in graphics designing...Yesterday was my first class, I learnt a lot from the introduction, tutorial and i am earnestly waiting for my next class.
Monday was my first day of class. Based on that, I enjoyed that it is mobile/online learning. The class was a one hour lesson, however, the info given was precise and relatable. The pace of the class allows the learner to engage and follow the format with no problem. Can't wait for the classes to come.
Great course so far. Wish I had done this way before and it could've helped me with guessing how to navigate my camera or lenses.
Lesson is flexible, you can decide your own time and schedule to follow the lesson. The teaching method is simple yet comprehensive. You will also get unlimited access to the recorded online tutorial with nice graphical teaching materials.
So far the nutrition class is great, but I don't like how it's scheduled and that I can only take the classes 2 hours apart on the same day. Other than that, I like how everything is explained very thoroughly and the instructor is very clear with her slides.

I don't like when I was first trying to schedule my classes, as I found the mobile version buggy (it originally had me booking courses for 2018, but it's been sorted out.

Lessons are very clear and easy to follow and apply what was learned out in real life situations. Support is very quick to respond when you have a question, as well. I am looking forward to my next lesson, as I was so inspired by the previous one.

Easy to understand and follow the lesson, teacher sounds very engaging and very friendly. The class is broken down into bite sized modules so you're not overwhelmed but there's enough information so you are still learning something each time and building on your knowledge.

I am currently taking Diploma in graphics designing...Yesterday was my first class, I learnt a lot from the introduction, tutorial and i am earnestly waiting for my next class.
Monday was my first day of class. Based on that, I enjoyed that it is mobile/online learning. The class was a one hour lesson, however, the info given was precise and relatable. The pace of the class allows the learner to engage and follow the format with no problem. Can't wait for the classes to come.
Great course so far. Wish I had done this way before and it could've helped me with guessing how to navigate my camera or lenses.
Lesson is flexible, you can decide your own time and schedule to follow the lesson. The teaching method is simple yet comprehensive. You will also get unlimited access to the recorded online tutorial with nice graphical teaching materials.
So far the nutrition class is great, but I don't like how it's scheduled and that I can only take the classes 2 hours apart on the same day. Other than that, I like how everything is explained very thoroughly and the instructor is very clear with her slides.

LottoGo took a total of £131 from my PayPal account. They claim it was an on going subscription but I never have permission for this much money to be take out. I am very sad. How do I get a refund??!!!

Flower for my father-in-laws funeral
Sadly my father-in-law has just past away from Covid19. Since I now live in Australia I can't be at the funeral myself so I looked online for a company who promised next-day delivery in the UK and saw that Serenata Flowers promised this. I ordered on the 12th May 2020 and the checkout screen confirmed that delivery will be the 13th May. - I also got an email saying the same. Since the funeral is on the 14th, delivery on the 13th was essential - I was sending them to by brother-in-law to take to the funeral. I have just got a message through Facebook from his wife saying the flowers haven't turned up - she sent this message at 10:24pm 13 May. Apparently the company uses a courier and if this is a matter of the fault being with them then Serenata should either make sure their courier delivers the service or they should look for another courier. Very upset :(

The supplier put oil into my tank via a kind of 'air vent' then forgot to put the 'air vent' back, left a hole in my tank....... it gets worse, they then tell me the 'cap' was broken before they arrived!!! I hate to think what could of happened if I did not see the 'air vent' sitting outside of my tank.

Review about: Just Armchairs
My first purchase
One Chairson Recliner armed chair along with dinning chairs delivered yesterday at my home.
Quality , materials and cost are very good. I had one promo code what I used for some discount.
Delivery was also on said schedule..
During site visit of Just Armchair I seen Range and collections , all products are looking better .I will wait for some more time to check how durable these are, then I will go for more items.
