Incorrect ink cartridges
I thought I had ordered the right ink cartridges, but it turned out they were incorrect. I sent them back at my own cost with recorded delivery. A few weeks later, I emailed them about the replacement cartridges I needed, only to discover they had no record of me returning the wrong ones. After many emails back and forth without a solution, I decided to ask for a refund. It took nearly two weeks for the refund to finally show up in my account, without any communication or apologies from the company. In the end, I found a better deal on Ebay with next day delivery. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I suggest avoiding them completely!

I think this is a fraudulent company. Do not order from them! I ordered a cartridge last week, paid extra for next day delivery, still hasnt turned up. Phone number if fake. I am going to report them to the policy. AVOID!
