Paint set, brushes
The ordering process was really easy on the website, but I was a bit disappointed that the 10% discount for new customers didn't apply to the main item I bought because it was already on sale. This meant I only saved a tiny bit on some extra brushes I added. It would have been better if they had been clear about this before I placed my order.
Anyway, my order was sorted out quickly and the packaging was well done. The only thing was that the box was too big for what was inside, but I understand it might be useful in the future.
I didn't get any emails to track my order, so maybe they should offer text updates instead for people who can't check email easily.
In general, I'm happy with the company's service and have already placed another order. But I did have the same problem with discount codes not working on items that were already on sale in my next order, which was a shame.Sketchbooks and coloured pencils
I really enjoy visiting this art shop because they consistently have great bargains on items I require for my art projects. What's more, the quality of their products is consistently excellent, so I feel confident that I am getting value for my money. It's also really helpful that they provide descriptions for their products, so I can easily determine if it's a good deal or not. I get really thrilled when I stumble upon top-notch items at affordable prices - it feels like I've won a prize!
Pochade purchase
I bought a Pochade from an art supply shop recently, and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality. When I called up to ask about when it would be delivered for my trip, the staff were so helpful and nice. They told me it wouldn't be sent out until Monday, even though I ordered it on a Friday. But guess what? I got it on Sunday! They really care about making customers happy. I'd definitely suggest this shop to any artist after great service and top-notch products.
Beautiful paints, brush, colour reference cards
The paints are really top-notch, they feel so fancy and blend so nicely on the canvas. There are loads of colours to choose from, and the brush and colour reference cards that come with them are a nice bonus. The box they come in is strong and well put together, so I can take them with me wherever I go without worry. Painting with these is just lovely, they go on the brush smoothly and create such beautiful results on the canvas. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
Art supplies purchase
I bought some art supplies the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good they are. There were loads of different things to choose from that covered all my arty needs - paints, sketchbooks, you name it. Everything was top quality. The people in the shop knew their stuff and they helped me pick out the right bits for what I want to do. All in all, it was a really easy and fun shopping trip.
Watercolour supplies
I enjoy popping down to the art shop to get my watercolour supplies because they've got all the bits I need and the quality is fantastic. The staff are always lovely, and sometimes they've got some really good deals on as well. And if I order online, the delivery is always really fast.
My markers and sketchbook
I popped into this store and found the best markers and a really cool sketchbook. The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially this lady called Ester. She helped me pick out everything I was looking for and even shared some tips on how to make the most of the markers. Big shoutout to Monica from customer service too, she sorted out a small issue I had with one of the items. All in all, it was a brilliant experience and I'm already looking forward to going back!

Luckily, the customer service team sorted it out quickly and gave me a new one without any trouble. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. Poster frames
Oh my goodness, you guys, I have to share my experience with these poster frames I purchased from an art shop. I got a total of 20 frames - 15 were black and 5 were white. The white ones are incredibly fragile, even the slightest knock damages them, it's crazy! The worst part is you can't inspect them in the store before buying, which is totally unfair. Plus, once you open the packaging, you can't even return them. It's so frustrating! Just a heads up if you're considering buying these frames, be careful!

I bought some paints the other day and decided to go for next day delivery, which I usually don't do. I was really happy when my order turned up the next day, all nicely wrapped up and in perfect condition. The paints were on offer at a really good price, so it was a good deal. Faber Castell Pencils, Sale, Blue Light Card Discount
I've just bought a lovely set of pencils from the shop that were on sale, and to top it off, I got a discount with my Blue Light Card, so the final price was only half of what it normally would be. The pencils came in really good packaging and the delivery was super smooth.

New sketchbook and some paintbrushes
I got this new sketchbook and some really cool paintbrushes from the store, you know? But then, when I tried to exchange my big A1 portfolio for a smaller one, they told me I had to pay loads for postage. So, I ended up having to keep it. The customer service was just like that old 'computer says no' saying, not very cool at all.
