Effective products, international delivery
I recently bought something from this company, but I'm really not happy with their service. I placed my order on 6th January and I've been trying to get in touch with them since then. I've sent four emails and made two calls, but I still haven't got my order. The first time I called, I got cut off before I even spoke to someone. The second time, the person I spoke to didn't seem interested and just kept saying "perfect" as they took my details, which didn't make me feel any better. They only replied to one of my four emails, but didn't actually do anything about my order. In my last email, I asked if they could send my order to a friend in the UK or give me a refund. Even though they say they deliver internationally, this whole process has been a real mess. The lack of communication and poor service has completely ruined the good products they have, and I'm really disappointed and frustrated.
Skin cream purchase
I bought a skin cream from this company because I heard great things about how quickly it works. But I have to say, I was really let down when I tried it out. Even though it smelled nice, I didn't see any changes in my skin right away or in the long run. I made sure to follow the instructions properly, but sadly, there was no visible improvement in how my skin felt or looked.
Nourishing
I have a sensitive skin and most products I use don't work at all or are least effective.
I had an oily skin and everything I used did little to reduce my breakouts and patches. I bought Instant Effects products at a store as a normal routine and didn't think it would work. I used it for a period of time and I noticed little changes. That kept me going and u bought more of their products. Now it's not cleared everything but my face is better and clearer than before. I use their beauty boost collection and I can't vouch for the remaining products but this particular one I'm using, its effective and gives outstanding results.
Would try their other products too.
