Medium size England shirt
The ordering process was fine and the delivery arrived on time, which was good. However, the medium-sized England shirt I bought was a disaster. The body fit was alright, but the sleeves were way too long and wide - ridiculous, to be honest. It felt like I was wearing a shirt for a giant. To top it off, I had to pay a £6.20 return fee when I tried to send it back. When I contacted customer service about it, they were very casual, took ages to respond, and didn't offer any help or solutions. It was like they didn't care at all. In the end, I had to pay for the return because I couldn't keep a shirt that looked like it belonged in a circus.
Bought 6 tops, baby kit, and a car air freshener!
Alright, so I ordered some tops, a baby kit, and an air freshener back on the 24th of April. But, you know, I've only received the air freshener up to now. It's almost the 10th of May, and my friend's birthday is on the 24th of May! I sent them an email, but haven't heard anything back yet. I'm really confused about when my order is going to arrive. All they said was that my order was delayed on the 6th of May and then nothing else. It's really frustrating because my previous orders were all fine! 😒
England top
I bought an England football shirt from this store to back my favourite team, but I was really disappointed with what I got. The shirt felt like poor quality and the logo started peeling off after only a few wears. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through email to ask about sending it back, but I never heard back from them. It's a bit upsetting to think I might have been ripped off by this company, so I wouldn't advise anyone to shop here.
England shirt purchase
I've just got my England shirt and honestly, it's really bad quality. It seems like they've used the cheapest material they could find. I was looking forward to wearing it to show my support for the team, but there's no way I'm wearing it out now. And to top it off, when I tried to send it back, would you believe they wanted me to pay £6 for the return shipping? It's a total rip-off!
Football jersey purchase
Recently I bought a football jersey from this website, but they sent me the wrong one. So, I got in touch with customer service and they said I'd have to pay £7 to send it back and get a refund. I was pretty gutted about it because I reckon it was their mistake. From now on, I'll definitely check reviews before buying anything to steer clear of this happening again.

So, I bought an England football shirt from this website, hoping it would be a good one. But when it arrived, I was really disappointed. The neck opening was way too small, I couldn't even get it over my head easily. And the logo and the general quality of the shirt were not up to scratch. To make matters worse, they charged me £6.20 to return it, which I think is unfair. I shouldn't have to pay to send back something that's not as described. I'll definitely be asking for my money back for that charge, and I won't be buying from them again.
Tracksuit ordered in March
I bought a tracksuit from this company back in early March but still haven't got it. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service loads of times, but I haven't heard anything back about my order. This total lack of communication has really let me down and I feel like I've been conned. I'd recommend others steer clear of this company until they sort out their customer service and get better at keeping customers updated on their deliveries.
Jersey
Ordered an item Nov.28, Hasn't moved as of Dec. 7. Credit card was debited. Now they are entirely unresponsive to requests for information, phone and live chat are unavailable. The photo is a notification I got Nov. 30. It has not changed since, as of Dec. 7. We need a "zero" or minus rating for what appears to be a dirtbag outfit. If this concern is, indeed affiliated with USA based Fanatics, you can rest assured that they will be told of my experience as well.
Update: I just fired off an eMail to their "Customer Service"... not surprisingly it was undeliverable due to a full inbox. Hell of a way to run a business.I didn't recieve anything
