I've used this website a few times now, and I always know I can count on them to give me great service. Ordering is easy and quick, and they always keep me updated on where my order is at. The customer service team are really helpful and know their stuff, they're always there to help if I have any questions. The prices are good, and the football shirts I've got from them are really high quality. Delivery is fast, and everything arrives in perfect condition. Tour de France sunglasses
I bought some shades connected to the Tour de France from this store not too long ago. At first, I wasn't sure because I'd seen some mixed reviews about them. But then I spotted the exact same sunglasses on the official website and thought, why not get them from here. Ordering them was a breeze and the delivery from France was super quick. I've just placed an order on this website for the first time because I found a really good deal. My items took a bit longer to get to me, but I think it was worth it because of the money I saved. I recently bought something from this company, but I have been really disappointed with the service I've had. The website said my order would be shipped in 3 days, but it's been 5 days and it still just says 'processing'. I'm pretty annoyed because I got it for a birthday coming up soon, and now it might not even get here on time. I've seen other reviews from customers and now I'm getting worried about how reliable this company is.
Football jersey
I was really disappointed with the football jersey I bought from this online shop. It just wasn't up to scratch - it looked like a cheap copy rather than the real deal. The pictures on the website were misleading, the actual jersey felt like a dodgy knockoff you'd find in China for a few quid. What's more, when I tried to send it back, they charged me a ridiculous amount for the return shipping and didn't give me a full refund as promised. I felt totally ripped off as a customer and wished I'd never bought it. I'd advise everyone to avoid this company's products and services.
Kids England tops
I feel really let down by Kitbag. I ordered my kids' England tops about 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. When I contacted customer service, they initially said they would restock after a week, but then said the stock they got was sent to other customers. They mentioned having a backlog and couldn't give me a clear delivery date. When I asked for an estimate, they just sent me a generic response. I did get a refund for the delivery fee, but it doesn't make up for my kids not having their England tops for their first match. I wouldn't recommend Kitbag to anyone.
Mavericks hat
I bought a hat from this place, but when it arrived it had the wrong team logo on it! I contacted them twice to ask for a replacement, but they sent me the same wrong hat both times. Eventually, they told me that they couldn't send me the correct one and offered me a refund instead. Now I'm stuck with two hats that I don't want at all. The customer service was awful and I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company!
Urgent delivery disappointment
I paid extra for speedy delivery but my stuff still didn't arrive on time. It's really annoying. Customer service wasn't helpful at all, they only gave me a small discount for my next order. Like, why would I want to buy from them again? I'm so angry!!! 😡
Wrong Item Received
I got myself a Dallas Mavericks baseball cap from this online shop and at first, I was happy with how fast they dealt with my order and got it sent out. But then, when the parcel turned up, I was gutted to see that they had sent me a Minnesota cap instead of the one I actually wanted. I sent queries to the customer service team by email, not just once, but twice, and I haven't heard anything back or gotten it sorted. It's really annoying to be ignored and not have any kind of response or fix for this mix-up.
England top purchase
I bought an England top from this website not long ago, but I was really let down by the quality. The neck was too tight and overall it wasn't up to scratch. Then when I tried to send it back, they hit me with a £6.20 charge for return postage. It felt like a slap in the face. It seems like they're trying to make it hard for people to send things back, which doesn't sit right with me at all. I'd recommend steering clear of this website at all costs.

I bought an England shirt from this website, but when it turned up, I was really let down by the poor quality. The material felt really cheap, and the stitching was already starting to come loose. Misdelivered order
The delivery came really fast, which was nice, but I got a Real Madrid polo shirt instead of the Manchester City track bottoms I actually ordered. It feels like they don't get the idea of sticking with one team. Now I have to fork out for postage to return an item I never asked for in the first place. This experience is definitely making me think twice about shopping with them in the future.
