Ordered and paid for a kit, did not recieve anything and noone to contact to ask for order update.
Man City & PSG kits for 9 year old
Kits never arrived after being ordered on 21st August. They indicated delivery on 3rd Sept (just before my son's birthday on the 5th) - contacted them on the 3rd and they said it was being shipped that day....here we are 13th Sept, still not arrived, contact them again and they tell me they are not sure when it will be shipped as some items not in stock. What a shambolic company - they took my money (more than £200) straight away but almost a month later and nothing to show for it. Don't buy from this company as you will be disappointed. Now trying to pursue a refund/cancellation which is its own joke of a process with them
